    SUCEAVA COUNTY COUNCIL Department of external partnerships and diaspora Chernivtsi region The most important activities commonly developed, since the signing of the partnership between Suceava county and Chernivtsi region, in Ukraine, were as follows: - twinning between schools and territorial-administrative units from Suceava county with similar ones from Chernivtsi region; - exchanges of experience between specialists from different fields of activity in the two regions; - participation, based on reciprocity, in rest camps, organized for children; - organizing, in common, folklore festivals, poetry contests, performances; - study trips; - sport competitions between students; - organizing conferences, symposiums, training activities with the participation of teachers, school inspectors and school directors from the two partner regions in order to conclude partnerships and to promote projects of common interest; - exchange of teaching materials, books; - providing school programs for the assimilation (familiarization with) of the mother tongue, knowledge of the history and traditions of minorities; - regular work meetings at the headquarters of the two administrative-territorial units, as well as at the PCTF Siret-Porubne and Porubne-Siret, with the participation of the administrative leaders of Suceava county and Chernivtsi region. Data on 71 modern records in 10 administrative regions of Ukraine are summarized, including: Lviv (8), Volyn (1), Ivano-Frankivsk (2), Chernivtsi (31), Khmelnyts kyi (4), Vinnytsia (14), Odesa (4), Mykolaiv (4), Kirovohrad (2) and Cherkasy (1) regions. Detailed maps of species distribution in some regions, and in Ukraine in gene ral, and the analysis of the rates of expansion as well as direction of change in species limits of the distribution are presented.     CONSILIUL JUDEŢEAN SUCEAVA Serviciul diasporă şi parteneriate externe Regiunea Cernăuţi Cele mai importante acţiuni realizate în comun, de la semnarea parteneriatului între judeţul Suceava şi regiunea Cernăuţi din Ucraina, au fost după cum urmează: - înfrăţiri între şcoli şi unităţi administrativ teritoriale din judeţul Suceava cu unele similare din regiunea Cernăuţi; - schimburi de experienţă între specialişti din diferite domenii de activitate din cele două regiuni; - participarea, pe bază de reciprocitate, în tabere de odihnă, organizate pentru copii; - organizarea, în comun, de festivaluri folclorice, concursuri de poezie, spectacole; - excursii de studiu; - întreceri sportive între elevi; - organizarea de consfătuiri, simpozioane, activităţi de formare cu participarea cadrelor didactice, inspectorilor şcolari şi directorilor de şcoli din cele două regiuni partenere; încheierea de parteneriate în vederea promovării unor proiecte de interes comun; - schimb de materiale didactice, cărţi; - asigurarea unor programe şcolare pentru însuşirea limbilor materne, cunoaşterea istoriei şi tradiţiilor minorităţilor; - întâlniri periodice de lucru la sediilor celor două unităţi administrativ-teritoriale, precum şi la PCTF Siret-Porubne şi Porubne-Siret, cu participarea conducerilor administrative ale judeţului Suceava şi regiunii Cernăuţi.     SUMMARY of Local and Regional Development Policies in Ukraine Implementation period: October 2019 - December 2019 Prepared by: Yehor Kyian, Ihor Petrenko December 2019 ABOUT THE PROJECT The current summary was developed within the project "Promoting transparency and implementation of anti-corruption measures in state-owned enterprises and local governments in Ukraine". The initiative is being implemented by the International Centre for Policy Studies (ICPS) in partnership with the Institute for Economic and Social Reforms in Slovakia (INEKO) and is financially supported by the Official Development Assistance of the Slovak Republic (SlovakAid). The project aims to improve the efficiency of the state administration, self- government and civil society in the area of creation and oversight of regional policies, administration of state-owned enterprises, and monitoring of budgets and information openness of local authorities in Ukraine. The publication represents the fourth and final edition of the series of assessment of policies at the local and regional level, implemented in October 2019 - December 20191. Altogether, 26 regulations were gathered and ranked on a quarterly basis at the end of the project. The main objective of the initiative is to improve the quality of regional and/or municipal regulation and legislation through publishing a regular expert assessment of the socio-economic measures proposed or implemented by local governments in Ukraine. The purpose of the evaluation is to describe practices that can be transferred to other localities as well. The policies included in the current summary were identified and analyzed with the support of Evaluation Council experts that were selected by the International Centre for Policy Studies on the basis of their experience.

    ROMÂNIA JUDEŢUL SUCEAVA COMUNA IZVOARELE SUCEVEI CONSILIUL LOCAL HOTĂRÂRE privind aprobarea rețelei școlare din comuna Izvoarele Sucevei,județul Suceava pentru anul școlar 2021-2022 Consiliul Local al comunei Izvoarele Sucevei, judeţul Suceava; Având la bază: Referatul de aprobare înregistrat sub nr.7242/22.12.2020,prezentat de domnul Mechno Mihail, primarul comunei Izvoarele Sucevei, județul Suceava; raportul compartimentului de resort din cadrul aparatului de specialitate al primarului, înregistrat sub nr. 7243/22.12.2020; avizul Comisiei de specialitate in cadrul Consiliului Local, înregistrat sub nr.7320/29.12.2020; Art.61 din Legea educației naționale nr.1/2011,cu modificările și completările ulterioare; Art.20,art.24-25 din OMEN nr.5090/2019 pentru aprobarea Metodologiei privind fundamentarea cifrei de şcolarizare pentru învăţământul preuniversitar de stat, evidenţa efectivelor de preşcolari şi elevi şcolarizaţi în unităţile de învăţământ particular, precum şi emiterea avizului conform în vederea organizării reţelei unităţilor de învăţământ preuniversitar pentru anul şcolar 2020 – 2021; Avizul conform nr.12261/14.12.2020 emis de Inspectoratul Școlar Județean Suceava; În temeiul art.129 alin.2 lit.d, alin.7 lit. a şi art.139 alin. 1 din Ordonanţa de Urgenţă nr.57/2019 privind Codul administrativ; HOTĂRĂSTE: Art.1: Se aprobă rețeaua școlară din comuna Izvoarele Sucevei,județul Suceava ce urmează a funcționa în anul școlar 2021-2022,conform tabelului alăturat: Nr.
