Cancellation and Changing Policy: - by cancellation 28 days before first date in booking, we will refund 100% - by cancellation 14-27 days before first date in booking, we will refund 70% - by cancellation 7-13 days before first date in booking, we will refund 30% - by cancellation less than 7 days before first date in booking, no refund will be given
We reserve the right to charge a 6,000 ISK for changes made to a booking already confirmed by HI Iceland. All cancellations should be in writing and please notify us as soon as possible of any changes to your plans. The cancellation policy applies as soon as payment has been made. Please note that this cancellation policy only applies to bookings that are booked and confirmed by HI Iceland’s Central Booking Office. Bookings made online are subject to a different cancellation policy that is clearly stated in the booking process.
Bookings cannot be changed through our office after arrival in Iceland. You need to contact the hostels to move bookings between hostels (depends on availability and permission from hostels).
