1. Spend and Earn The Cardholders will be entitled to the following Spending Reward upon a same-day accumulative spending of designated amount at the participated merchants. Same Day Accumulative Eligible reward Spending HK$1,500 HK$100 Silvercord Cash Voucher

Silvercord Shopping Privileges Promotion Terms and Conditions 1. The Promotion is only applicable to customers (each a “Cardholder”) holding credit card(s) issued by Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong and Pacific credit cards issued by Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. in China (except BOSS Credit Card and installment Card), and other credit cards as designated by the Bank from time to time (“Eligible Credit Card”), both principal and supplementary cards inclusive, but it is not applicable to the Bank of Communications Pacific Internet card and gift card. Unless otherwise specified herein, the “Bank” means Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited and Bank of Communications Co., Ltd.
2. Each Cardholder is only allowed to redeem one (1) Cash Coupon per day. Cash Coupon shall be redeemed on a first-come, first-served basis per day while stock lasts subject to the daily quota as determined by Silvercord. The monthly quota for redemption of Cash Coupon is 150 per each calendar month and the total
quota is 1,950 for the whole Promotion Period.
3. Cash Coupon must be redeemed within the designated redemption period (1pm to 10pm) at the Customer Service Centre in Silvercord or other time(s) and location(s) as arranged by Silvercord. Cardholder must present the same-day original machine-printed receipts issued by the designated Silvercord’s shops on the day of purchase, together with corresponding Eligible Credit Card’s payment receipts. Any hand written receipts, photocopied receipts, reprinted receipts, split of receipts, Octopus value-added receipts, deposit payment receipts, bill payment receipts, gratuity receipts, add value of tenant membership card/store-valued card receipts, purchase of cash/gift/meal/cake coupon from shop’s receipts, counterfoils of credit card and EPS payment slips shall not be accepted.
4. Only the actual transaction amount will be counted (only the net amount after the usage of Silvercord cash coupon, or cash/gift/meal/cake coupon/ membership card/ store-valued card from the shop in Silvercord, any kinds of offers, cash rebate and/or discounts from the shop in Silvercord will be counted)
5. Each original receipt is allowed to use once for redemption purpose and redeem only for one (1) Cash Coupon. The original receipt must be printed with shop address, issue date and spending content. In case of disputes, Silvercord reserves the rights for final decision.
6. The Offer (including the Cash Coupon) shall not allow to be used in conjunction with other promotional offers either provided by the Merchant and/or the designated shops of Silvercord.
7. The receipt which redeemed the free parking privilege is not eligible to participate in this promotion.
8. Cardholders shall understand and accept that all products/services are not provided by the Bank and Silvercord. The Bank and Silvercord have no responsibility or obligations to the products or services (including but not limited to the quality and quantity) provided by the Participating Merchants under any
circumstances.
9. Staff of Silvercord merchants is not allowed to participate in this Promotion.
10. In case of any dispute, the Bank and Silvercord reserve the rights for final decision.
11. These terms and conditions are governed and constructed in all respect by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”). Members are agreed to submit to the exclusion jurisdiction of the courts of HKSAR.
12. No person other than the Cardholders and the Bank will have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623, the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or to enjoy the benefit of any terms under these Terms and Conditions.
13. In case of discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
