[email protected] Abstract: Bagworm moths (Lepidoptera: Psychidae) in the collection of the Institute of Systematics and Evolution of Animals Polish Academy of Sciences, Krakow. The paper presents the species of bagworm moths (Lepidoptera: Psychidae) in the collection of the Institute of Systematics and Evolution of Animals Polish Academy of Sciences, Krakow, Poland. A total of 1,368 specimens from no less than 95 taxa has been identified and listed. Most of the material was collected in 19th and 20th century in Poland and other European countries; a small proportion was collected in Syria, Iran, Israel, Turkey and Brazil. Five taxa are new for the European countries: Pseudobankesia alpestrella (Heinemann, 1870), Rebelia plumella plumella f. bavarica Wehrli, 1926 and Megalophanes stetinensis (Hering, 1846) for Austria, Phalacropterix graminifera (Fourcroy, 1785) for Slovenia and Rebelia sapho (Millière, 1864) for Hungary. As many as 15 taxa are new for some provinces in Poland.
