For September we produced 16 leads with 5,115 potential room nights. In addition, we had 3 Definite Bookings resulting in 462 room nights with an estimated economic impact of $271,861. Year to Date Definite Bookings are 54,207 future room nights. The definite business booked year to date has a potential economic impact of approximately $45,807,709 for . Highest average in the 29-year history of the organization, and up 75% from 2019 season.  Attended Connect Sports Marketplace tradeshow with 22 virtual one-on-one meetings with sports event planners.  Met with USA Volleyball about bidding to host USAV Beach High Performance event in spring 2021.  Continued discussion with promoter about hosting large-scale, multi-venue boat show in Galveston in 2021.

The team also wrote and distributed a press release commemorating the 120th anniversary of The Great Storm and promoting the Drive-In Movie event.

In addition, they promoted the Dine Out for Charity event locally and in the Houston area.
