We are getting excited here at the Legacy of Life Foundation for the upcoming Baby Bottle Drive happening at your parish on -18. Sponsored by the Knights of Columbus, Council #15478. Last year St. Bede’s raised over $10,000 helping hundreds of women in crisis and saving 360 babies - including 3 sets of twins and one set of triplets! To keep everyone safe we made some modifications to the Baby Bottle Drive. Instead of passing out the regular baby bottles we will be using envelopes with a baby bottle on the front! Look for envelopes to be given out after masses the weekend of Oct. 17-18. Volunteers will be following recommended CDC guidelines with masks and gloves.

This effort is an ongoing project that’s based on an as needed basis and is especially critical during these unprecedented and challenging times. Hello Everyone; SLAMS N JAMS the Youth Ministry Kickoff Event was last Saturday, Sept. 12. It was fantastic!!!! We began by attending the 5:30 Mass. Where the CYO athletes received a blessing. Last week Friday was the first of the Youth Ministry and CYO collaborative event, Night on the Fields. It was a wonder- ful night of skills, drills, fun and Faith! There were nearly 70 youth in attendance. All precautions were taken to ensure eve- ryone’s safety. Here’s a photo (I’ll share more next week).
