LILY’S LOTTO RULES

1. All applications must be from persons over the age of 16.

2. The draws will take place twice annually in July and December each year. The exact date of the draw will be advised on the Many Tears Animal Rescue website in advance.

3. Dogs and Cats names will be used instead of numbers. If 2 names are the same the owners last name will be used as well.

4. Each name entered will cost £12.00; you can enter as many names as you wish. Each name that is fully subscribed will be entered in all draws with a chance of winning one of a minimum of four prizes which will be determined by the number of entries in the Lotto at the time of the draw.

5. All profits from the Lotto will be paid to Many Tears Animal Rescue (registered with Carmarthenshire County Council under the Lotteries and amusements acts 1976 ).

6. No detail in the application may be changed in any way once it has been submitted, except for a change of address.

7. The draw results will be put on to the Lotto page of the of Many Tears Animal Rescue website at www. manytears.co.uk. If you would like the results sent to you, please send a self-addressed envelope to Lynn Burnell, Lily’s Lotto, Cilymaenllwyd House, Login, Whitland SA34 0XA.

8. No liability is accepted for delayed receipt of any communications sent by post. Prize winner’s cheques will be sent by first class mail.

9. The promoter may, without giving any reason or notice, decline to accept an application, cancel an existing subscription or terminate or suspend the Lottery scheme. The promoter may also amend or update these rules at any time.

10. The promoter’s decision to the rules shall, once made, be final and binding.

11. The promoter is not responsible for any delays in bank payments.
