Fully Loaded A layered chocolate and vanilla fudge with a delicious chewy caramel, sticky toffee, and crunchy peanut centre!

What You Will Need:

 1 bag of Calico’s vanilla or caramel fudge mix  1 bag of Calico’s chocolate fudge mix  14 tsp water (70 ml)  2 trays  2 liners  2 tbsp. peanut butter

Peanuts, toffee pieces, marshmallows, chocolate drops and biscuit pieces or even use a chopped up caramel and peanut chocolate bar (this is going to be the filling for your fudge so add anything and as much as you like as long as it’s chocolatey, chewy and peanuty!)

N.B. this makes 2 trays of fudgeIf you wish to only make 1 tray - use one bag of fudge mix and just make the fudge according to instrutions, adding in all the additional ingredients before pouring into a tray to set

Method:

1. Make up the Vanilla (or caramel) fudge as per instruction booklet. Before pouring, marble through the peanut butter whilst the fudge is still warm 2. Split the vanilla and peanut butter fudge mixture between two trays 3. For the second layer, scatter both trays of fudge with all the extra ingredients - make sure there’s plenty crammed in! 4. Make up the chocolate fudge as per instructions on pages 6-7 - this will be your third layer 5. Pour the chocolate fudge mixture over each of the two half-filled trays. Make sure it covers all of the extra 6. ingredients so they are nicely encased in the fudge. 7. Allow to set
