There HXP won 6 -1 against DJB were 4 teams of 7, 1 each from Avon Valley College, St. John’s, AZG won 7-1 against EAM Pewsey Vale and Wellington . Avon Valley players were Eleanor Steel (team captain), Jazzmine Hill, Megan Smith, Jess Vallis, Georgia Whittaker, Sophie Hook and Skye Money. I thought Avon Valley would win because we were playing at home and we know the ground.

There were only 2 injuries during the matches, both twisted ankles although both girls continued to play showing great determination. Year 7 Inter tutor Football

Jess said “ When we won our first match against Pewsey Vale I was so proud of myself and the team”.

Eleanor Steel and Skye Money were both awarded ‘Player of the Match’.

The final results were, in 4th place Pewsey Vale, in 3rd place Avon Valley, in 2nd place Wellington Academy and in 1st place St. John’s who won all their matches.
