Transfers and Transportation

 Luggage – When you arrive, gather your luggage and locate the rental car or shuttle pick up area. John Wayne / SNA Ground Transportation Map | LAX Ground Parking & Transportation Map  Vouchers – If you have purchased a rental car or transfers using the Disneyland Express or Super Shuttle, your vouchers should be presented upon pick up to the vendor (Alamo, Disneyland Express or Super Shuttle).  Car Rental – Picking up or dropping off your Alamo Rental at the Disneyland Resort? Park Tickets, FastPasses & Vouchers

 Park Tickets – Your Theme Park Tickets are included the documents that you received via UPS from Disney. Keep them in a safe place. In the event that you misplace your tickets, contact the Walt Disney Travel Company office located in Downtown Disney (facing the Disneyland Hotel) at 190 W Center Street Promanade, Anaheim, CA 92805 or 714-520-6425.  FASTPASS® - To use the FASTPASS® system, scan your Park Ticket located at the individual attraction’s FASTPASS® kiosk. Return at the designated time and enter through the FASTPASS® line. (Each member of your party ages 3 and up will need a FASTPASS® to enter through this line.)  Extra Magic Morning – Enter the parks an hour before opening to the public using your resort ID. A valid theme park ticket is required. See park hours Disneyland Park: Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday California Adventure Park: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday or Friday  Collectible Voucher – If you’ve purchased a package that includes a complimentary Collectible Voucher, take your voucher(s) to the World of Disney store in Downtown Disney to pick up your pin and lanyard.  Photo Voucher – If you’ve purchased a package that includes a complimentary 5x7 photo. Redeem your voucher at a Disney PhotoPass Sales Center (at the parks) or at Splash Mountain, the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror™ or California Screamin. Not valid online.  Character Meal Voucher – If you have purchased a character meal, your vouchers are enclosed with your documents. Present them at the time of service. Tax and gratuities are included.
