FIRST the patient calls the office… “I have a RED bump on my eye and it’s really sore to touch it” What are some of the most common things they say?

“My eyes are so RED and itchy… “I slept in my contact I can hardly stop lenses last night and rubbing them” now my eyes are all RED and irritated”

What should you do next?? URGENT / Immediately!!
