VEHICLES REQUIREMENTS FOR STAND-FITTING AND MOVE-OUT : According to the regulations of Shenzhen Traffic Police Bureau, the trucks (on or above 1.5 tons) for stand fitting are only allowed to enter certain urban roads on 00:00-07:30, 09:30-17:00, 20:00-00:00 with the “Stand Fitting and Move-Out Vehicle Permit” issued by Shenzhen Traffic Police Bureau. (If your booth constructors need this Vehicle Permit, please contact your CIOE representative.)

According to requirements of Shenzhen Traffic Police Bureau and Convention & Exhibition Center, the schedule of stand-fitting and move-out vehicles as follows:

Stand Fitting: 8:30 AM -10:00 PM, September 4-5, 2017 Move-Out: September 9, 2017. The parking lot on the ground is only available for move-out trucks; small vehicles need to be parked underground, or follow the instructions of the onsite traffic staff.

4:00 PM-8:00 PM: only blue-plate trucks are allowed to enter the ground parking lot.

After 8:00 PM: all trucks are allowed to enter the parking lot.

All exhibitors should coordinate with booth contractor in advance so as to ensure the stand-fitting and move-out work out smoothly. Exhibitors should bear the consequence and responsibility caused by bad coordination.

According to Shenzhen Trafic Police Bureau’s the regulations from 2016, Non- Shenzhen License vehicles are prohibited from driving in all areas in Shenzhen during rush hours on 07:00-09:00, 17:30-19:30. CIOE Organizing Committee Office will apply temporary Vehicle Permit for exhibitors. Please refer to exhibitor manual for more details.The deadline will be July 31, 2017. The exhibitors could also visit www.stc.gov.cn to apply the temporary vehicle permit.

EXHIBITOR BADGES: According to the Security Regulation of Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center (SZCEC), Exhibitor Badge should indicate related user's valid information. Exhibitors should provide correct information of the on-site staff (including full name, department, job title, mobile number, and email etc.) when applying for the exhibitor badge.

The badges will be provided according to the booth size: 9m2 —4 badges; 18m2 to 27m2 —7 badges 36m2 to 54m2—15 badges; 63m2 to 72m2—20 badges Above 73m2 —25 badges

1. Exhibitor badges are printed upon information exhibitor provided through exhibitor service system. 2. Those who failed to submit the exhibitor badge application through the exhibitor service system need to take their on-site staff’s name cards to No.205 exhibitor service counter to print the exhibitor badge during 9:00-19:00 on September 4-5. To avoid queuing onsite, please submit your information thought exhibitor service system online. 3. No exhibitor badges can be printed after 19:00 September 5th.

ONSITE PRINTED MATERIALS: Official Catalogue: contains all exhibitors name, contact numbers and products introduction; can be used as a reference book all the year round. Visitor Guide: contains all on-site information; free for everyone. China Optoelectronics Journal: organized by China Association for Science and Technology, edited and published by CIOE; have fea- tured stand on-site for distribution. China Optoelectronic Express: show newspaper distributed during the exhibition everyday; Free Public Transit & Metro Ticket: provided by Shenzhen Municipal Government. You could get it at every on-stie visitor and exhibi- tor registration counter.

OTHERS IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. Smoking is not allowed in Shenzhen Convention & Conference Center. Offenders are subject to heavy penalties. 2. Please take good care of individual valuables (such as wallet, laptop, camera, mobile phone, etc.). Especially when you are busy with the business negotiation, please assign a person to take care of the booth. The organizer won’t be responsible for any loss. 3. Exhibitors and booth constructor should obey the Security Regulations during stand-fitting and move-out period. Be cautious of personal safety of the working staff as well as the fire and electricity security. Especially during move-out period, the constructors should dismantle the booths only after all exhibitors leave and exhibits have been moved out. Kindly noted that the exhibitors shall be responsible for the safety accidents that happen during the stand-fitting and move-out period. Exhibitors and the appointed contractors should purchase enough Public Liability Insurance Coverage. Please refer to “Exhibition - 10. Insurance” for details. 4. In order to make sure you can attend the exhibition smoothly, please complete to fill the related forms and applications within the limited time. 5. The exhibitor shall not transfer, rent, share or sell the booth to others. Any violation will result in the disqualification from the priority arrangement of next year’s booth. Gains acquired illegally through transferring or renting (selling) booths will be confiscated. 6. The exhibitor shall not display the exhibits that do not comply with the exhibition agreement. Goods transaction on location is not permitted. Any violation is found, the exhibitor will be expelled from the exhibition and the booth rental fee won’t be refunded. 7. The 19th China International Optoelectronic Exposition will close at 16:00 on September 9. No exhibitors are allowed to start packing or to move- out before 16:00. The Organizing Committee will start to distribute the “Move-out Permit” to each booth at 15:00 pm on September 9. 8. Please make good preparation of your business trip in advance and adhere to the move-out schedule. Any exhibitors in violation will have to pay a compensation of 5,000RMB to the organizing committee and will be disqualified to apply for next year’s booth in advance.

2. Stand-Fitting Notice CIOE Organizer will provide uniform Standard Booths. If exhibitors want to build their own Standard booths, they shall submit a written application to the CIOE Organizer before Aug.10th. Otherwise, any expense caused by the extra booth construction and dismantling shall be paid by the exhibitor. 3. Construction and Fire Safety Regulations » Height Requirements: According to Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Management Regulations, from January 2014, the maxi- mum height of raw space booth is 6 meters. The maximum height of the area (including Hall 5) with ceiling is 4 meters. Booth with multilayer or complicate structure must add frame to ensure security and prepare a structure safety assessment issued by qualified architecture design organization. The booth contractor should obey the above height requirements. Once the onsite security man- agement team find any security issues, the booth contractor should reconstruct the booth according to the requirements uncondi- tionally. The booth contractor should be responsible for the consequence if any violation against the management regulations arise. In serious cases the organizer will cancel the exhibit construction qualification next show.

» There must be at least 1 meter distance from the next fire hydrant, including an access alley. » No stickers should be applied to the exhibition hall’s walls and to public facilities. No double-sided adhesive materials (such as plastic and paper) should be applied to the exhibition hall’s corridor poles. Drilling, painting, brushing, carving, or pasting the walls and grounds are not allowed. Public facilities must not be damaged. Offenders will be fined. » Fire equipment, electrical equipment, emergency exits and passages may not be blocked, buried, occapied, or obstructed. Booths or shelves must not be placed under the rolling fire door. » According to the requirements of the Firefighting Department, multi-storey booths with ceiling or mono-storey booths with a height of more than 3 meters must be equipped with temporary smoke detectors and automatic fire sprinkling systems,and big raw space booths must be equipped with at least one power fire extinguisher per 50 sqm. » Raw Space booth must install distribution box. » Exhibitors are required to adhere to other regulations concerning exhibition stand fitting. 4. Onsite Services » The onsite information desk is in charge of consultation, reception, supervision and will provide the following services: • Examination and approval of construction permits. • Approval of over-time work applications. • Approval of water and electricity supply and facility installation. • Fire safety consultation. • Cleaning and safety deposits. • Charge sevice. • Copy of insurance coverage. » For furniture rental items, please refer to official construction contractor information. » Regulations for the hanging of items • The hanging of items requires permission and must be executed by a professional staff. • The hanging of items is generally restricted to advertising banners and illuminated signs. The hanging of heavy items and the unauthorized hanging of items is prohibited. • Note: The exhibition center will try to meet exhibitors’ requirements concerning the hanging of banners, signs, etc. However, as the hanging of these items is usually difficult and depends on many factors, full accuracy can often not be achieved. EXHIBITION

1. Timetable »» Exhibitor : September 6-9, 2017 8:30-17:00 »» Visitor: September 6-8, 2017 9:00-17:00 September 9, 2017 9:00-16:00 2. Move-in and Move-out Management of Exhibits and Materials »» All exhibits and materials must be examined by security guards during the move-in and move-out periods. The exhibits may only be moved in during the move-in and the exhibition period. Any exhibits that need to be moved out must bear the organizer’s “Exhibits Move-out Permit” label with signature. Exhibitors shall assign special personnel to attend the booth to ensure the exhibits’ security during the move-in, exhibition, and move-out period. 3. Booth Management »» The exhibitor shall not transfer, rent, or sell the booth to others. Inconsistency between the booth applicant and the booth user is considered ille- gal. This includes: • The transfer of the booth to other companies in the name of the joint venture. • The transfer or lending of the booth to other companies. • Exchanging booths without permission. • Other illegal activities. »» The booth shall be attended during the exhibition by an assigned person responsible for the booth. The person responsible for the booth shall be an official staff or business representative of the exhibition company. Persons responsible for the booth must stay on their posts and are responsi- ble for reporting the booth status to the organizer. Goods transaction on location is not permitted. »» Exhibits may not be removed from the booth or exhibition venue once the exhibition has been officially opened unless special permission has been given by the organizing committee. No booth or exhibits shall be dismantled before the official closing time on the last day of the exhibition. »» Violations of these rules will have the following consequences: • Gains acquired illegally through transferring or renting (selling) booths will be confiscated. • Serious violations will result in the disqualification from the exhibition, the booth rental fee won't be refunded. 4. Management of Exhibits and Promotional Materials »» Exhibits The following exhibits are considered illegal and shall not be displayed. The exhibitors shall take full responsibility. • Exhibits that do not comply with the exhibition agreement. • Exhibits that cannot be attributed properly. • Other illegal exhibits. • Exhibitors shall adhere to the rules regarding the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights to ensure that the exhibited technologies and exhibits are legal and shall perform self-protection of intellectual property rights. »» Management of Promotional Materials • Promotional materials may only be distributed inside the booth. Distributing or placing promotional materials in other exhibitors’ booths or passages is not allowed. • Contents and texts of promotional materials must comply with the relevant laws. Exhibitors shall take full responsibility for the authenticity and legitimacy of the promotional materials. • Exhibitors shall not distribute promotional materials for others. The exhibitor shall be held fully liable for all disputes and responsibilities arising from violations. 5. Security »» The organizing committee will try to secure booths and exhibits. However, the organizer shall not be liable for any injuries to persons or the loss or damage of exhibits. »» Exhibitors shall assign special personnel responsible for security issues. These issues include security work, development of security measures, se- curity education, training, and management, and enhancing the awareness of security issues. »» All exhibitors shall abide by the rules and regulations of the exhibition to maintain the order of the exhibition. Exhibitors must not participate in ille- gal activities such as the Falun Gong cult and shall enhance the awareness of security to prevent accidents. »» All personnel must carry the relevant badges and cooperate with the security guards. Badges are not transferable. Taking persons without badges into the exhibition hall is not permitted. Persons violating this rule shall be prosecuted. »» Exhibits shall be placed according to the rules and must not be placed outside the booth. All exhibits must undergo inspection and correction by the organizer’s staff. »» Exhibitors must take all measures to prevent fires, strictly abide by the electricity safety regulations of the exhibition, adhere to fire safety rules, and enhance the fire safety awareness of their staff. The personnel responsible for fireproof materials of the booth shall strictly implement the responsi- bility system for the prevention of fires and enhance the inspection management. Security problems should be reported immediately to the staff or the responsible personnel.

»» Exhibitors should consciously protect the fire equipment and facilities to ensure the integrity and proper functioning of fire safety facilities. Fire hy- drants and fire-fighting equipment shall be placed one meter away from any items. Fire-fighting equipment must not be blocked, seized, occupied, or damaged. Booths must not have any kind of ceiling to ensure that the fire alarm system and the automatic fire-fighting system can function properly. »» At closing time, exhibitors should actively cooperate with the security staff to do the clearance work diligently, which includes removing flammable debris, kindling, and other hidden dangerous materials, shutting down the booth’s power supply, storing valuables, and closing windows. »» At closing time, valuables should be put into lockers or be protected by other security measures. Exhibitors must strictly comply with the time schedule and move in/move out on time to ensure the security of exhibits. Note: Since the exhibition will be attended by many visitors, exhibitors should watch over their personal valuables (such as purses, lap- tops, cameras, mobile phones, etc.). Especially during business negotiations, a person should be assigned to look after valuables. The organizer shall not be responsible for any losses. 6. Food Service »» During the stand fitting and exhibition period (September 4-9, 2017), the dining area will provide food and drink service in the exhibition center. Management of Vehicles and Traffic Lanes »» During the exhibition, all vehicles must move in and move out in accordance with the “Vehicle Permit” issued by the Shenzhen Traffic Police Bureau and follow the instructions of the onsite traffic staff and traffic wardens when driving and parking. »» The trucks, which are permitted to enter the exhibition halls, must adhere to the transportation signs and guidance signs, and follow the instruc- tions of the onsite staff. 9. Booth Cleaning »» The exhibition center will take charge of the cleaning of the package space booths and the public area during and after the exhibition. The clean- ing of raw space must be performed by the exhibitor. During the exhibition, the exhibitor must keep the booth tidy and put any waste into the specified dustbins. The exhibition center will take charge of the removal and transportation of the waste. During the exhibition, cleaning services are available; costs depend on the area to be cleaned. During the move-out time, raw space exhibitors must move out all decoration materials or pay fees to the exhibition center to do so. Remaining goods will be considered a neglect of the exhibitor’s duties. The cleaning deposit will be re- funded after the onsite inspection by the organizer. 10. Insurance, Liability, and Risks »» Exhibitors are responsible for public liability insurance against injury to persons and property of others on their stand, along with their exhibits and merchandise moving to and from the show and during the show. Each exhibitor should have a valid and adequate insurance cover of no less than RMB 4 million (US$ 0.60 million) against public liability. Exhibitors should contact their insurance broker to cover their exhibits and exhibit materials. The Organisers will not be held responsible for any loss of, or damage to, exhibits and personal items. »» All stand contractors are required to take out and maintain public liability insurance in respect of the Individual Stand Contractor's liability for death or injury to any person, or loss or damage to property arising out of the performance of the Services in a sum not less than RMB 4 million (US$ 0.60 million) for any single claim, unlimited in aggregate.It is essential that Exhibitors with Raw Space stands check any stand contractors being consid- ered for work have this insurance coverage, before appointing them. Control of Noise Level »» Noise levels must not annoy other exhibitors or visitors. »» Sound levels produced by audio equipment may not exceed 50db.

»» Exhibitors violating these rules frequently will be prosecuted by the organizing committee. 12. Penalties for Counterfeits, Inferior Products, and Arbitrary Demurrage To protect the legitimate rights and interests of both exhibitors and visitors and to protect the image of the CIOE, the marketing of counterfeits and inferior products as well as arbitrary demurrage are forbidden. (The identification of counterfeits and inferior products is subject to the relevant rules of national legislation.) »» Exhibition items that are inconsistent with the declared exhibition will be removed or confiscated. This will be recorded as a condition influencing the admission to subsequent shows. »» The booth renter, the seller, and individuals shall take full responsibility for the consequences arising therefrom. 13. Special Instructions for Foreign Exhibitors »» Governing Law Exhibitors are required to observe and abide by all the laws of the P.R. China. »» Visa Application • Exhibitors must ensure that they abide by all visa and health requirements of the countries they intend to depart for. The organizer can provide assistance service. • The fact that the exhibitor was not successful in obtaining his visa shall not constitute a basis for the cancellation of the contract. »» Customs Clearance Exhibition halls are regarded as bonded areas. All goods inside the exhibition halls are exempted from tax, except alcoholic drinks and other bev- erages. No goods are allowed to be taken out of the exhibition hall without prior approval by customs. Exhibitors are required to adhere to the following rules: • They must contact the official freight forwarder to fulfill the formalities for the exhibits’ customs clearance. • For hand-carried goods, exhibitors must inform the official freight forwarder for customs declaration/clearance in order to be allowed to move the goods into or out of the exhibition hall. • All promotional materials – such as printed matters, business cards, demonstration materials, and gifts – must be inspected by customs in advance; otherwise they may not be taken into the exhibition hall. • Please keep all receipts issued by customs as the official freight forwarder will need these receipts to pick up the exhibits. • Giveaway and souvenir items are permitted but are subjected to import duty. Exhibitors must submit the packing list with quantities and prices to the customs office via the official freight forwarder before distribution. • The selling of exhibits after the exhibition shall be subject to the law of the P.R. China. 14. Regulations Concerning the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights Exhibitors must ensure that all exhibits, packages, publicity materials, etc. neither violate the relevant laws nor constitute any infringement, and shall agree to pay the sponsors for all costs and damages incurred in case that the participants and the sponsors are accused of infringement by any third party. The organizer shall not be held responsible for any lawsuits and related liabilities. All the exhibitor’s promotional activities shall be held within the booth. Exhibitors are not allowed to take photos in other booths without permis- sion. The On-site Intellectual Property Ofiice is room 204 on the second floor of the exhibiton hall. 15. Dangerous Materials and Air Compressors »» No open lights and lamps or inflammable and explosive gases may be used in the exhibition hall. »» Exhibitors are required to declare details of any inflammable, explosive, and radioactive article to the official freight forwarder when supplying the exhibits list in order to facilitate safety inspection by local authorities and to enable to take appropriate protective measures. »» For fire and safety reasons, necessary inflammable liquids are permitted only after declaration. »» No air compressor shall be placed in the hall. Exhibitors shall contact the official contractor if necessary. 16. Communication Services »» The exhibition hall provides telephone and network services. Exhibitors may connect their communication devices to the plugs in the booth if fees have been paid. The “first come, first serve” principle will be applied due to quantitative restrictions. Other Regulations »» Law Exhibitors are required to observe and abide by all the laws of the P.R. China. »» Promotional Materials Censorship All promotional materials (including demonstration materials and samples), such as printed matters, films, videocassettes, and slides to be shown to the public during the exhibition must be pre-censored by the Chinese authorities.

MOVE-OUT SCHEDULE

1. Timetable Exhibitors must adhere to the move-out schedule after the exhibition. Night work on September 9 is acceptable. Time arrangements are as follows:

Vehicle Management: • The surface car parking is only available to trucks, all the personal cars need to be parked in the underground parking area. • 16:00-20:00, the surface parking area is only available to the trucks with blue plate. • After 20:00, availble to all vehicles. 2. Move-out Regulations • Dismantling work may not start before the official closing time, any exhibitors in violation will have to pay RMB 5,000 compensation to the organizing committee and will not be allowed to participate in any CIOE events or activities. • Booth dismantling work may begin after the exhibition closes at 16:00. • The move-out permit must be presented during the move-out period. • No goods shall be placed in the passage. • The move-out of exhibits requires a written permission issued by the exhibition center. • Please take good care of the facilities in the exhibition hall, any damages of these facilities will be charged according to the cost. • Any items remaining in the hall after the move-out period will be discarded; unless the exhibitors have other special instructions. • Electrical equipment must not be dismantled or moved out without permission. • Exhibitors must adhere to the move-out schedule and to the move-out regulations. 3. Move-out Service • Refunding of deposits Rental furniture must be returned to the information desk 30 minutes before closing time for deposits to be refunded. Cleaning deposits can only be reclaimed after all waste has been removed and after approval by the official staff. • Sending back freight Please consult the official freight forwarder.

1. Construction Procedures 1.1 The following documents must be submitted for the applicaiton of raw space construction: – A color stereogram effect drawing – Ichnography and stereogram drawing (with detailed dimensions and materials instruction) – Structure drawing – Relevant electricity instructions – Materials to be used – Application form for raw space construction – All documents must be sent to the official constructor by E-mail (faxes will not be accepted, and the deadline is August 5, 2017). 1.2 The following documents should be submitted to the official constructor for entrance permission. Copies of construction contractor’s business license and relevant qualification certifications. Copy of insurance coverage. Fill in the “Raw Space Construction Safety Responsibility” form (Form1). This form requires a company stamp and a signature, please send two copies. Stamped form naming the attorney / legal representative and copies of the construction contractor’s ID and other contact information (Form2). 2. 6b. CUSTOMS INSPECTION •• The Shenzhen customs are strict and through in their inspection of goods. All packages can be expected to be opened and contents checked against the List of Exhibits (Form B). Exhibitors must provide us with the brand name, model number, serial number of machine and quantity of equipment / parts in the List of Exhibits form. Please ensure that the brand name, model number or serial number can be found on the machine and equipment itself to facilitate customs inspection. In order to obtain early release of goods from customs, machine catalogues or photo of equipment / parts must be attached with List of LOE.

7b. FUMIGATION •• All cargo containing wood packaging materials (e.g. crates, pallets, frames) must be fumigated. 8b. PACKING •• Please ensure your equipment is packed in a strong, waterproof packing case which lends itself to being re-packed after the exhibition. Please bear in mind that your exhibits will be in transit for long periods both to and from the exhibition and that cartons are not suitable to withstand the constant handling which takes place during transshipment. Shocking and bumping will sometimes be inevitable and cases may be placed in open air storage without cover, therefore exhibitors must take the necessary precautions against damage and rain.

9b. UNPACKING OR REPACKING ON –SITE •• We will assist in physical unpacking and installation of exhibits, however exhibitors must supervise and be responsible for those operations. Similarly, during exhibition closing, exhibitors must also supervise the dismantling and repacking of exhibits, especially for delicate or heavy equipment. When exhibits are repacked with used packing materials, the packing is regarded as no longer suitable to protect the contents against damage and or moisture compared with the original. Exhibitors should therefore bear the responsibility for any consequences arising therefrom.

10b. HEAVY AND OVERSIZES EXHIBITS •• This applies to any single exhibit in excess of 1000 kgs and 5 cbm, that requires the use of a forklift or mobile crane for installation. Exhibitors with heavy and oversized exhibits must be on-site early to direct the operation of unpacking and positioning. If a mobile crane or forklift is required for installation of equipment, exhibitors should send your requirement to us as early as possible so that we could arrange contracting such equipment in advance. A quote will be given after receiving your enquiry.

11b. ATA CARNET •• To co-ordinate the complete process of temporary import by ATA Carnet is US$ 220 per transaction. Please note that ATA Carnet shipment must be re-exported after closure of the exhibition, it cannot be sold.

12b. CATALOGUES AND PUBLICITY MATERIALS - CENSORING •• Brochures, giveaways and souvenirs items are permitted entry into China Give-aways e.g. souvenir (i.e. pens, key chains, note pads etc) with reasonable quantities and low value may be duty-exempted. It is, however, subject to China customs approval. Customs censorship handling charges RMB 135.00 per item / exhibitor. Please do not send CD Roms, USB and magazine to the exhibition, as special permit is required.

13b. INSURANCE •• Exhibitors are suggested to arrange a proper round-trip all risks insurance coverage for the exhibits (including exhibition period), preferable through a company of which the People’s Insurance Company of China is the agent in China. For routing of shipments, it is advised to cover the insurance policy by both air and surface (sea / road), as it is possible that the cargo will be re-exported in either way. Exhibitors should also bring a copy of the insurance policy to China.

14b. RE-EXPORT •• Disposal and forwarding instructions will be discussed with you during the course of exhibition. Re-export formalities will require at least 5- 7 working days. Therefore, please do not make any plan on receiving the exhibits soon after the exhibition. We hold no liability for when the exhibits would be back to the desired final destination after the exhibition closes. If you need the exhibits to be re-exported urgently or transfer to other exhibitions, please contact our on-site representative of your request as applicable.

15b. PAYMENT TERMS •• Companies using JES Logistics or its appointed agents will be invoiced by them for all services. Companies shipping other than by our offices or agents are advised that full payment must be received by us either on-site at the exhibition or in Hong Kong before the close of the exhibition.

Protection against Damage and Rain As the exhibits are repeatedly loaded and unloaded during transportation, shocking/bumping will sometimes be inevitable. Moreover, exhibits will be placed outdoors many times, including open-air storage at the exhibition centre before and after the exhibition. Therefore, exhibitors must take necessary precautions against damage and rain, since we cannot assume any responsibility for the damage, especially when the return exhibits are to be packed with used-packing materials (the case as well as aluminium foil, plastic covers, etc., very often would have been damaged already during unpacking). B. The Case The case must be strong enough to avoid damage during transportation as well as unpacking, and in particular, be suitable for repacking and for sale for return movement after the exhibition. Packing in cartons is not considered suitable for repeated handling, especially for valuable or delicate equipment. MOVE-IN DAYS •• Exhibits will be transferred to the exhibition venue during the move-in days. Representatives of APT Showfreight Ltd will be available to help the exhibitors with the move-in logistics including unpacking and storage of empties as applicable. However, a responsible representative of the company must be available on-site during the move-in period for supervision. In some circumstances, the customs at the ports or fair site may inspect the case without your presence. •• Similarly, during exhibition closing, exhibitors must also supervise the dismantling and repacking of exhibits, especially for delicate or heavy equipment. When used-packing materials repack exhibits, the packing is regarded as no longer suitable to protect the equipment against damage/ moisture compared with the original. Exhibitors shall therefore bear the responsibility for the consequences arising wherefrom. MOVE-OUT DAYS •• Prior to the move-out days, exhibitors will be given a ‘Return Shipping Instructions’ to fill in based on the List of Exhibits given at time of entry of goods into China. Exhibitors are required to advise APT Showfrieght Ltd if the goods will be re-exported, sold or disposed, as applicable. •• During move-out days, representatives of APT Showfreight Ltd will be on-site to help exhibitors with return of empty cases, repacking, re-export, etc. as applicable. In order to ensure the closing of the exhibition can be operated smoothly, those exhibitors having heavy and oversized exhibits may be required to repack their exhibits on the next day. Our on-site operational staff will inform exhibitors the exact arrangements. •• In the event of non-compliance of return instructions, all goods left at the exhibition venue shall be subject to disposal by the Chinese Customs and all charges relating to the disposal including duties and taxes if any, shall be borne by the exhibitor.

•• Exhibitors must pay special attention to the following Customs' regulations: - items other than those declared exhibits (e.g. personal effects, souvenir bought in China) are absolutely not allowed to be returned together with exhibits. - Violations of these regulations will result in confiscation and heavy fines imposed by the Chinese Customs. RE-EXPORT •• The re-export formality will require about 1weeks prior to the re-export shipment out of China. If the exhibitor needs the goods to be re-exported urgently, please advise representatives of APT Showfreight Ltd on-site of your request as applicable. FUMIGATION RULES IN CHINA NEW WOOD PACKING MATERIAL REGULATIONS EFFECTIVE JANUARY 01, 2006 Effective 1 January 2006, ALL CARGOS WITH WOOD PACKING MATERIAL (WPM) to China (such as wood block cases, lath cases, wood pallets, wood frames, wood drums, wood axes, chocks, stow-wood, crossties and so on), fumigation must be arranged in the country of origin before sending the cargo to China. To ensure the WPM is properly treated either by Heat Treatment (HT) or Methyl Bromide (MB), following information MUST be marked or stamped on the outside packing as the below sample:

The original declaration letter must be attached to the original Master Airway Bill or courier to our local office in China for Customs clearance purpose. CONTROLLED ITEMS IN CHINA •• In case the shipment contains any controlled items by the Chinese Government, we strongly recommend that the list of exhibits should be faxed or e-mailed to APT Showfreight Ltd for checking prior to the shipment departure from the country of origin. •• If required, APT Showfreight Ltd will apply necessary license/ permit on behalf of the exhibitors, but under no circumstances that APT Showfreight Ltd can guarantee such license will be granted. •• The importation of Foodstuff, Beverage, CD-Roms, Watches, Cosmetics items, and etc are subject to an import permit in China, even for exhibition purpose. For the service that required besides the move in and move-out time, a 50% overtime pay will be charged. 3.
