Exhibitor Registration Schedule: Raw Space above 36m2: Registration: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, September 4-5, 2017 Stand-fitting: 8:30 AM – 10:00 PM, September 4-5, 2017 Standard Booth below 36m2: Registration: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, September 5, 2017 Stand-fitting: 8:30 AM – 10:00 PM, September 5, 2017 BOOTH CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION SCHEDULE: Hall 1, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9: 1:00 PM-5:00 PM, September 3, 2017 (only for registration) Registration Place: Service Counter 206, Second Floor Lobby, Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center (SZCEC) Hall 2, 3: 1:00 PM-5:00 PM, September 3, 2017 (only for registration) Registration Place: Service Counter 212, Second Floor Lobby, Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center (SZCEC) Exhibition: 8:30 AM -5:00 PM, September 6-8, 2017 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, September 9, 2017 Move-Out: 4:00 PM-10:00 PM, September 9, 2017 VEHICLES REQUIREMENTS FOR STAND-FITTING AND MOVE-OUT : According to the regulations of Shenzhen Traffic Police Bureau, the trucks (on or above 1.5 tons) for stand fitting are only allowed to enter certain urban roads on 00:00-07:30, 09:30-17:00, 20:00-00:00 with the “Stand Fitting and Move-Out Vehicle Permit” issued by Shenzhen Traffic Police Bureau. (If your booth constructors need this Vehicle Permit, please contact your CIOE representative.) According to requirements of Shenzhen Traffic Police Bureau and Convention & Exhibition Center, the schedule of stand-fitting and move-out vehicles as follows: Stand Fitting: 8:30 AM -10:00 PM, September 4-5, 2017 Move-Out: September 9, 2017. The parking lot on the ground is only available for move-out trucks; small vehicles need to be parked underground, or follow the instructions of the onsite traffic staff. 4:00 PM-8:00 PM: only blue-plate trucks are allowed to enter the ground parking lot. After 8:00 PM: all trucks are allowed to enter the parking lot. All exhibitors should coordinate with booth contractor in advance so as to ensure the stand-fitting and move-out work out smoothly. Exhibitors should bear the consequence and responsibility caused by bad coordination. 1 THE 19TH CHINA INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITOR OPTOELECTRONIC EXPO MANUAL According to Shenzhen Trafic Police Bureau’s the regulations from 2016, Non- Shenzhen License vehicles are prohibited from driving in all areas in Shenzhen during rush hours on 07:00-09:00, 17:30-19:30. CIOE Organizing Committee Office will apply temporary Vehicle Permit for exhibitors. Please refer to exhibitor manual for more details.The deadline will be July 31, 2017. The exhibitors could also visit www.stc.gov.cn to apply the temporary vehicle permit. EXHIBITOR BADGES: According to the Security Regulation of Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center (SZCEC), Exhibitor Badge should indicate related user's valid information. Exhibitors should provide correct information of the on-site staff (including full name, department, job title, mobile number, and email etc.) when applying for the exhibitor badge. The badges will be provided according to the booth size: 9m2 —4 badges; 18m2 to 27m2 —7 badges 36m2 to 54m2—15 badges; 63m2 to 72m2—20 badges Above 73m2 —25 badges 1. Exhibitor badges are printed upon information exhibitor provided through exhibitor service system. 2. Those who failed to submit the exhibitor badge application through the exhibitor service system need to take their on-site staff’s name cards to No.205 exhibitor service counter to print the exhibitor badge during 9:00-19:00 on September 4-5. To avoid queuing onsite, please submit your information thought exhibitor service system online. 3. No exhibitor badges can be printed after 19:00 September 5th. ONSITE PRINTED MATERIALS: Official Catalogue: contains all exhibitors name, contact numbers and products introduction; can be used as a reference book all the year round. Visitor Guide: contains all on-site information; free for everyone. China Optoelectronics Journal: organized by China Association for Science and Technology, edited and published by CIOE; have fea- tured stand on-site for distribution. China Optoelectronic Express: show newspaper distributed during the exhibition everyday; Free Public Transit & Metro Ticket: provided by Shenzhen Municipal Government. You could get it at every on-stie visitor and exhibi- tor registration counter. OTHERS IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. Smoking is not allowed in Shenzhen Convention & Conference Center. Offenders are subject to heavy penalties. 2. Please take good care of individual valuables (such as wallet, laptop, camera, mobile phone, etc.). Especially when you are busy with the business negotiation, please assign a person to take care of the booth. The organizer won’t be responsible for any loss. 3. Exhibitors and booth constructor should obey the Security Regulations during stand-fitting and move-out period. Be cautious of personal safety of the working staff as well as the fire and electricity security. Especially during move-out period, the constructors should dismantle the booths only after all exhibitors leave and exhibits have been moved out. Kindly noted that the exhibitors shall be responsible for the safety accidents that happen during the stand-fitting and move-out period. Exhibitors and the appointed contractors should purchase enough Public Liability Insurance Coverage. Please refer to “Exhibition - 10. Insurance” for details. 4. In order to make sure you can attend the exhibition smoothly, please complete to fill the related forms and applications within the limited time. 5. The exhibitor shall not transfer, rent, share or sell the booth to others. Any violation will result in the disqualification from the priority arrangement of next year’s booth. Gains acquired illegally through transferring or renting (selling) booths will be confiscated. 6. The exhibitor shall not display the exhibits that do not comply with the exhibition agreement. Goods transaction on location is not permitted. Any violation is found, the exhibitor will be expelled from the exhibition and the booth rental fee won’t be refunded. 7. The 19th China International Optoelectronic Exposition will close at 16:00 on September 9. No exhibitors are allowed to start packing or to move- out before 16:00. The Organizing Committee will start to distribute the “Move-out Permit” to each booth at 15:00 pm on September 9. 8. Please make good preparation of your business trip in advance and adhere to the move-out schedule. Any exhibitors in violation will have to pay a compensation of 5,000RMB to the organizing committee and will be disqualified to apply for next year’s booth in advance.
