Adjudicators & Awards: Highly Qualified Judges have been invited from throughout New Zealand. In all cases their experience and capability will be associated with the style of dance being judged. Adjudicators marks will be final. The Skating System of Scrutineering may be used for all events. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place getters will receive awards

The Venue: The Great Room at the Cordis Hotel is New Zealand’s premier Ballroom. In keeping with this venue a smart/high standard of dress is expected from dancers and spectators throughout the weekend. The venue is fully air conditioned and all facilities are 5 Star

Late Entries may be accepted subject to payment of the Late Please refer to our competition website for details Entry Fee of $25 per couple in addition to the quoted Entry/Admission Fees Seating Ticket Prices: . No entries will be accepted on the day of the Competition There are 3 Options . Competitors entries will only be accepted with full payment Tables will be located around the entire floor as stated on the entry form All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars: . No competition will be held up for late comers Option 1: . Events (other than Troupe, Team & Show Dance events) may (floor level theatre seating per day, obstructed view) have multiple Dancers on the floor at the same time Day Session Seat: . All rounds will be during the Day Session. Major Finals will be Child under 16 years/Senior 65 years+ = $20 held in the Evening Session Adult: $25 . Open Junior, Adult & Masters Formation Team & Show Dance All Day & Evening Concession Seat: Conditions of Entry: Child under 16 years/Senior 65 years+ = $40 . The Team events are open to any group and/or dance style Adult: $50 . Teams to consist of at least 6 people (an equal ratio of males and females is not necessary) Option 2: (Tables seat 11 people) . For Teams and Show Dance, any number of lifts, dips Premium Reserved Front Row Table Seating and drops are permitted (unobstructed view) . Junior Teams must only consist of dancers aged under 16 Concession (all day/evening): $70 per day years, Adult Teams must only consist of dancers 16 years and over and Masters Teams must only consist of dancers 35 Option 3: years and over.
