Registration & Gradings  This is a Non Up-Grading competition run under the New Zealand Masters Games Rules. A win at any Masters Games competition event shall have no effect on the competitor’s official grading.  We will also accept ALL entries from ALL societies and organisations regardless of registration.  The sport registration fee is $25 per person. This is a one-off fee for each individual, regardless of the number of partnerships or events that are entered.

Operations All information offered at this point reflects the planning and organising that is currently being carried out. Entry numbers and other factors may ultimately affect some of this detail e.g. starting times, so please keep a watch.

 The Venue We are looking forward to enjoying the wonderful ambience of our beautiful Town Hall again. For those who have been before, you will appreciate its central location, the quality of the floor and the spaciousness of the amenities this venue offers.

 View and Trial of Dance Floor There will be no access for competitors prior to the event.

 Start Times These times could be earlier. We are planning to operate to a similar time frame as last time: Keep watch! We realise that prizegiving can be a lengthy affair, so in order to help us streamline proceedings, please note that all finalists in a finals event will be required to assemble to the side of the stage with the marshalls prior to presentation, ready to take the floor. As a point of difference, all placings will be called. We seek your cooperation in this regard, so as to avoid the long walk (and wait) from various points in the Hall (and back again).
