Social & Content Marketing Intern

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an intern to join our Marketing team. This opportunity is designed to provide a student with the chance to work in an innovative, dynamic environment and gain valuable hands-on experience in an essential function within the music industry.

With a visionary approach toward discovering and nurturing musical talent, the Warner Music Canada family of labels is currently home to an impressive generation of major artists.

Here you’ll get to: ▪ Assist with running social media accounts on various platforms. ▪ Maintain and update content on artist and label YouTube channels. ▪ Enter and organize data in the company Content Management System. ▪ Update and maintain content for company website (www.warnermusic.ca). ▪ Assist with company CRM initiatives, including weekly company email newsletters. ▪ Update a variety of Excel spreadsheets based on departmental needs. ▪ Assist in the assembly of the bi-weekly internal Marketing “Bullet”. ▪ Assist with the execution of artist campaigns and contest fulfilment. ▪ General admin duties as required.

It would be music to our ears if you: ▪ Are a current member of Rise Tribe. ▪ Have proven verbal and written communication skills. ▪ Have an eagerness to learn ▪ Have a good understanding of social media platforms, CRM, content marketing and other digital media skills. ▪ Are proficient with Excel and can learn new data management systems. ▪ Have an interest in the music/entertainment business (strongly preferred).
