The Society shall consist of Fellows, Honorary Fellows, Correspond- ing Members, and Lady Associates. 3. 6. Corresponding Members must be recommended by the Council and balloted for in the same way as Fellows, and they shall not be liable for any fees of admission or annual subscriptions. 7. 18. The Annual General Meeting of the Society shall take place on St Andrew's Day, the 30th of November, or on the following day if Sundaya 30te e th hb . 19. The Council shall have power to call Extraordinary General Meet- ings when they see cause. 20. The Ordinary Meetings of the Society shall be held on the second Monday of each month, from December to May inclusive.

21.
