Digital & Motion Graphics Designer

What you’ll do We have a unique Internet of Things portfolio of IoT Modules and cloud based software with a need for a strong Digital & Motion Graphics Designer to own and further develop Pycom’s brand, focusing on

• Brand audit and refresh • Website, social media content creation and posting including Youtube, Twitter and LinkedIn collateral • Collaborating with the tech teams and UI designers on creation of branding for Pycom’s software tools and services • Creating photos, graphics, images, animations and videos to catch and retain stakeholders’ attention • Participate in brainstorming sessions around future campaigns.

What we need from you • A degree in graphic design or related discipline • 1-5 years experience • A strong portfolio of past projects showing an understanding of layout and composition, text and colour hierarchy, typography, web design, video editing and motion graphics • Motion graphics and video editing skills • Expertise in use of the following software tools:

• Adobe Photoshop • Adobe Illustrator • Adobe After Effects • Adobe Premiere or similar video editing software • Adobe InDesign

• Knowledge Wordpress CMS (Content Management System) • Good level of English and most of all passion and enthusiasm! • Understanding between RGB and CMYK colour formats and print processes

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge the following software is a plus: • Adobe Audition (or other audio editing software) • Blender or Cinema4D • Knowledge of and interest in tech • Understanding of HTML and CSS • 2D animation • 3D design • Photography • Illustration
