Nicely balanced acidity with a baking spice finish. $14/g - $39/btl Cabernet Sauvignon Canoe Ridge, The Expedition, Horse Heaven, Walla Walla, Washington The bouquet is supple with Black Cherry and Dark Chocolate aromas on top of layered Plum and Orange Zest flavors. These spiritually contemplative wines often spend years sur lie where the residual yeast in the bottle results in a wonderfully bready nose.
