Brownfield Site Assessment – Eastern Spatial Area

The purpose of this report is the inform WBC that instead of proposing AONB/Greenfield sites (EUA031, EUA003&8) for development in the Eastern Spatial Area – use brownfield and empty employment sites, plus any industrial sites on their own in otherwise housing areas. Once lost the AONB/Greenfields can never be reclaimed. is full and we believe extending the settlement boundary would be disastrous for the community. There is very strong community opposition to building on these sites.
