The company closed on a plot of land at 8373 Westheimer Rd., near the intersection of Westheimer and Voss Road. City records indicate that In- N-Out Burger closed on the land in May. The seller was BK Westheimer Ltd., which has owned the land since 2014, according to the Harris County American CityPATRICK Business T. FALLON/BLOOMBERG Journals - Not for commercial use Appraisal District. The land was appraised at $3.5 million in 2017, up from $2.8 million in 2016, according to HCAD. The tract of land at 8373 Westheimer is roughly 1.3 acres and is near a Krispy Kreme storefront at 8611 Westheimer that opened in late 2015.
