The company closed on a plot of land at 8373 Westheimer Rd., near the intersection of Westheimer and Voss Road. City records indicate that In- N-Out Burger closed on the land in May. The seller was BK Westheimer Ltd., which has owned the land since 2014, according to the Harris County American CityPATRICK Business T.
