Notice Inviting Budgetary Offers It is for information of Travel Agents registered with IATA (having membership of IATA) that Indian Institute of Coal Management (IICM),an Apex Training Centre for the Executives of Coal Limited, situated at Ranchi, the Capital of intends to conduct a program (Advanced Management Program) of Two Week Long duration for Senior Level Executives of Coal India Limited.The first Week Program will be conducted at our Institute at Ranchi and the second Week Program is intended to be conducted at Australia with visits to Coal Mines and related industries as per the undermentioned itinerary in the month of February/March: TENTATIVE PROGRAM SCHEDULE

The offer covering expenses will include the following:

 Tentative Batch Size: 22 (Twenty-Two) participants and two coordinators of IICM.  Single Economy Class fare Ranchi - Kolkata on IATA approved carrier.  Return Economy Class fare Kolkata – Sydney – Kolkata on IATA approved carrier.  Single Entry Australia Visa charge.  All Air Taxes & other taxes.  Overseas Medical Insurance.  Transport at Kolkata for lunch and dinner during onward journey to Sydney  Lunch and dinner at Kolkata during onward journey to Sydney  All transfers in comfortable AC coaches – India/Overseas till return.  All stay in decent/comfortable 3 or 4 Star Hotels or equivalent in twin sharing basis with basic amenities in rooms like tea/coffee maker, TV etc.  American breakfast, Indian lunch and dinner including that on air travel (alternative suitable menu during mine visit).  Sufficient supply of packed/bottled water for the group members (4lts).  All guest lectures, briefing, presentation, etc., as detailed in itinerary including service of two coordinators.  Gratuities and tips, all entry fees.  All other relevant charges as per our specified itinerary.  Services of Faculty and professional Tour Manager/ Escort to accompany the group – India to India.

All Foreign exchange remittances payable to the foreign agencies for the program are to be made through you.
