Thursday 23rd October 7.30pm St Peters Church Choir Present A Concert of Music for an Autumn Evening Tickets £5 Light refreshments will be served Proceeds in aid of the church.
CHILDREN’S WORK: ENTHUSE . The next training will be Friday, October 17 at St John's Mill, 7.30-9.30pm This will be led by Alex Brown from SUMT, Making Disciples, following on from the Clergy Conference in Lancaster and feedback from the previous sessions, requesting help with Sunday School and resources. There will be a time to look at the varied resources at the Mill, available to borrow for Children's work. IF INTERESTED IN GOING SPEAK TO CLIVE OR LISA

An Evening to Remember The evening takes place on 1 November 2014 at Broadway Baptist Church at 7.30pm (doors open 7.00pm) and is part of the Compassion International Tour which is going to the UK, Ireland and the Isle Of Man. Graham Kendrick will be there with a number of support musicians and Tony Campolo will share his vision for how the gospel can impact lives in developing countries and how we can play our part via Compassion. The evening is a ticketed event – tickets are £12.00 each with all proceeds going to Compassion. There are two ways to get tickets: You can buy an e-ticket via www.christiantickets.co.uk John Payne has approximately 100 tickets for sale on the Island and will get more if needed. A Christian Stewardship Scheme operates in this Church. Many of our congregation choose to give by standing order or envelope weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ annually as suits them. If you would like to know more about regular giving please contact the Parish office 675797.
