Julie Williams pictured right fondly remembers trips to Eden when she was five with her family. Her father John Ireland, as a young man, was apprenticed to local builder Alan Whiter. He decided to move back to Eden 10 years ago and Julie followed from Brisbane 2 years ago. For some time she has been working in our museum shop and now her role is extended to working some hours in the office with Bob. She is a “very happy camper” as her passion for the museum now gives her more scope.
