In this study, we conducted an assessment of the logistics performance of the auto parts sector in the state of Tlaxcala. For its analysis, the indicators of the Logistics Performance Index were used and the variables taken into account are: Infrastructure, tracking and tracking, punctuality and performance of customs.

Antecedentes 1.1 Introducción l presente Programa Municipal de Desarrollo Urbano para el municipio de Cuapiaxtla (PMDUC) tiene como principal objetivo servir como un instrumento técnico-jurídico para llevar a cabo una planeación urbana y territorial apta; en él, se encontrarán las diferentes políticas y estrategias a implementarse dentro del territorio con el fin de hacer un uso adecuado y racional del suelo, así E como para generar un desarrollo social, económico, político y ambiental equilibrado en el territorio. Éste documento está estructurado en una primera parte por una base jurídica, que le da un sustento legal, en éste apartado se establecen las principales normas que fundamentan las atribuciones y responsabilidades de los ayuntamientos en materia de desarrollo y ordenamiento territorial. Posteriormente en una segunda parte se presenta el diagnóstico general del municipio, que nos da posibilidad de conocer el estado actual de los diferentes procesos naturales, sociales, económicos y de uso del territorio. En el tercer apartado se hacen las diferentes propuestas para mitigar las debilidades encontradas en el capítulo de diagnóstico, fijando metas y objetivos, también se establecen proyectos particulares para cada caso incluyendo la corresponsabilidad. Además se realiza una zonificación primaria y secundaria con los diferentes usos y destinos de suelo.
