Sophia grew up in Glover, Vermont, Sophia Cannizzaro ’19 on a farm that’s also home to Bread Glover, VT and Puppet, one of the oldest nonprofit theatrical companies in the country. But it’s much more than puppet shows, Sophia notes: “We also farm, make yogurt, turn roadkill into food, do printmaking, stilt, paint, sing, memorialize the people we’ve lost, and get sunburned.” She plans to study neuroscience and behavior at Columbia University.
