Musicians must have the complete rights to the content (music) submitted to Addicted Mobile (Pty) Ltd www.addictedmobile.com
Musicians agree to allow customers to play their content (music) placed in Addicted Mobile (Pty) Ltd www.addictedmobile.com for free for forty (00:00:40) seconds for marketing purposes; users will purchase the mp3 format (320 kbps) audios.
Addicted Mobile will provide musicians’ with the link to their content “music” (audios), to further market releases to their customers/audience (fans/followers), across their marketing platforms.
Musicians have a right to terminate this agreement at anytime if they wish to do so; Addicted Mobile will not refund musicians the annual subscription fees for digital music distribution.
Addicted Mobile (Pty) Ltd will provide musicians’ with a detailed monthly sales report (Microsoft office excel format) if there are royalties to distribute and then, income earned will be deposited into the musicians (artists/record label)’s bank account(s).
Musicians will get seventy percent (70%) of income earned, while the remaining thirty percent (30%) will be for Addicted Mobile (Pty) Ltd.
Content song(s)/audio(s), must be (320 kbps) and well mastered, content must include; single/EP/Album(s) artwork cover design, musicians biography, record label logo (not compulsory), and proof of payment
Addicted Mobile (Pty) Ltd in its discretion may amend this agreement without prior notice to its customers/clients.
Content submitted to Addicted Mobile (Pty) Ltd will go live within 72 (seventy two) hours on Addicted Mobile (Pty) Ltd.
