As a Howard County resident who lives and drives this area daily, I do not want Howard County to help fund a railroad station and two parking garages and other infrastructure for the ill-conceived development which will bring 1000 residential units and about 800,000 sq. ft of commercial and office space to Route 1 at the Howard entrance to the Laurel Race track. The traffic nightmares will be intolerable! The City of Laurel train station is only 2500 feet away. Why should we fund this for the developer??? It will do nothing to help improve the traffic in that area, only cause MORE traffic. Please vote NO!!!!
