NOTICE OF POLL FOR WIGTOWN AREA DUMFRIES AND GALLOWAY COMMUNITY COUNCIL ORDINARY ELECTIONS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Polling will take place between the hours of 4.00pm and 8.00pm on Thursday, 3 October 2019 for the election of Community Councillors for the following Community Council area:

KIRKCOWAN

The details of validly nominated candidates, their proposer and the number of vacancies to be filled are detailed below. Self-nomination is not permitted.

You are entitled to vote at this election if you are 16 years of age or over on the date of the Poll; you reside within the boundary of the Community Council area; and your name appears on the Register of Electors for that Community Council area.

Details of the polling venues and times of opening/closing are below.

There will be NO provision for postal or proxy voting at this election.
