Medical Examinations for Visa Applicants

The following physicians are authorized to conduct medical examinations for immigrant visa applicants. The names are arranged alphabetically and the order in which they appear has no other significance.

When appearing for an examination, you must provide your passport, proof that you are currently under processing at this Embassy, and two passport-sized, color photographs.

Schedule of Costs for Immigrant Medical Services

The following schedule of costs represents the maximum amount which authorized physicians may charge for a given service. These prices are subject to change only with the approval of the Embassy. If you believe that a panel physician has charged you more than the maximum authorized amount, please inform the Embassy immediately.

Service Cost (in JD)

Medical Examination (Adult) 85.000/person Includes chest X-ray, urinalysis, blood work, VDRL, and HIV test

Medical Examination (Child) 55.000/person Includes urinalysis, blood work, VDRL, and HIV test

Vaccines Cost to hospital plus 25% (Note: this is the percentage pre-set by the Jordanian Government for the hospital’s profit)
