COLLEGE CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS Created by the Idaho Legislature in 1997 and implemented in 1998, dual credit provides the option for students to earn college credits at a low cost by enrolling in college classes offered through a partnership between the high schools and Idaho’s universities and colleges.
