Disciplines open for exchange All undergraduate areas (except Nursing and Kinesiology) students Business courses require proof of pre-requisites for upper division courses. Mechanical Engineering requires pre- approval by CGE. Art-requires program admission and a portfolio.

GENERAL INFORMATION ON STUDENT EXCHANGES

Health insurance requirements All exchange students will be billed for Boise State international insurance. This insurance includes emergency medical evacuation and repatriation.

No exceptions or waivers are allowed.

Current amount is $705/semester for Fall and Spring/Summer coverage is $987*

GENERAL INFORMATION ON EXCHANGE VISITOR PROGRAM (FACULTY/STAFF EXCHANGES)

Global Scholars Academy Boise State offers to all partner and non-partner , the Global Scholars Academy for faculty and staff. The Academy connects you with a Boise State faculty mentor in your area of expertise for a one- or two-semester research opportunity. While performing your research and working with a mentor, you will also attend lectures, workshops, and activities that offer professional development for your academic career. There will also be activities in and around Boise to learn about Idaho and American culture. Depending on the semester these may include dinners, sports games, snow tubing, and trips to local museums.
