2. Grants Ale Cask (Blend) $8 Aroma: Herbal notes, sweetness and something vegetable? Palate: Well balanced, medium body. Subtle hoppy notes, fudge and barley.

3. Sheep Dip (Vatted) Malt $11 Aroma: Soft, floral, fruit notes, melon, pear, orange, almonds. Palate: Grassy style with a touch of spice (Cantaloupe, melon, light tangerine, sherry)

7. Auchentoshan, 10 Year Old (Lowland, Single Malt) $13 Aroma: Clean, fresh and gentle. Delicate flowery citrus note. Palate: Lemon grass notes. Lightly sweet. Barley sugar.

11. Jameson Caskmate IPA (Blend) $8 Aroma: Floral, herbal hops, grapefruit citrus notes with subtle orchard fruits, complemented by wood shavings and a little nuttiness. Palate: Hops and light citrus with sweet herbal notes and delicate spicy tones.

12. Jameson Caskmate Stout (Blend) $8 Aroma: Crisp orchard fruits like green apples and pears, mild pot-still spices. ​ ​ Palate: Subtle touch of hops and cocoa beans, marzipan and charred oak.

13. Tullamore Dew Caribbean Rum Cask (Blend) $8 Aroma: Nose: Notes of vanilla and oak overlaid with citrus, ripe bananas and delicate spice. Palate: Creamy smooth mouthfeel bringing out the deliciously deep caramel and banana notes with hints of dates and raisins.

16. Connemara Peated Style (Single Malt) $13 Aroma: Sweet barley with wafts of peaty smoke, kippers and well baked apple crumble. Palate: Lightly honey sweet, subdued, clean rather than sooty smoke with peaty vegetal notes, sweet barley water, light spice and vanilla oak.

18. Buffalo Trace $8 Aroma: Vanilla, mint and molasses Palate: Pleasantly sweet, notes of brown sugar and spice give way to oak, toffee, dark fruit and anise.

19. Evan Williams ( Single Barrel) $8 Aroma: Sweet fruit apricots and berries with caramel and oak. Palate: Caramel and apricots with some peppery spice, old leather and oak.

20. Breckenridge Distillery $14 Aroma: Under ripe bananas and brown sugar. Palate: Rye toast drizzled with honey.

23. Smugglers Notch Bourbon (Local) $14 Aroma: Sweet corn and nutty rye. Palate: At 90 proof, this bourbon is exceptionally smooth with an aroma of sweet corn and nutty rye.

24. Wild Turkey Longbranch $12 Aroma: Vanilla syrup, corn sweetness, hints of toasted grains. Palate: Caramel and spices, subtle smokiness and hint of smoke. Finish is warm and dry.

Hendrick’s, Scotland $11 Aroma: Juniper, hint of rose gives way to floral forward. Sweet orange, lime zest and hint of elderflower. Palate: Angelica, coriander, juniper, and orris root. Citrus, orange, lime. Faint hint of salty licorice and black pepper.

Ransom Old Tom Gin, USA $11 Aroma: Juniper, vanilla, flowers and lime. Palate: Pine, flowers, citrus, licorice.

Smugglers Notch (local) $9 For Smugglers’ Notch Vodka, the grains are sourced from Idaho, where the combination of light alluvial soil, cool nights, warm days, and snowmelt water creates a spectacular growing environment. The water for blending emanates from the Mount Mansfield watershed in northern Vermont.

Barr Hill (local) $17 Barr Hill Vodka is our tribute to the hardworking beekeepers. In late summer, we take delivery of hundreds of barrels of their pure raw honey. Their season’s work is what makes our vodka truly special. Our recipe depends on two simple principles: we never heat the honey prior to fermentation and we never distill more than twice. Our technique preserves the wild yeast and the rich aromatics of nectar - delivering the floral depth of wildflower fields straight to your glass.
