List of Consultees

Below is a guideline list of Consultees that are considered appropriate organisations and individuals to receive the draft West Sussex County Council Permit Scheme Document and any other attachments.

Consultees An electronic copy (where possible) of the draft scheme document, proposed fee structure and a covering letter will be sent to key stakeholders and organisations including neighbouring Highway Authorities, Utilities, Road User representative groups, current IT suppliers and non-government organisations.

Each organisation may have a number of Consultees within it and where known, those individuals will be contacted directly.

Highway contacts within West Sussex County Council will receive the consultation documents along with the Directors or relevant functions within the authority.

The consultation will also be sent to Chief Executives and Planning and Environmental contacts (where known) in Local Authorities within West Sussex.
