IMPORTANT: this product is not a standalone application but a VSTi or VST Plugin, which needs a Host like Steinberg Cubase, Apple Logic Pro, or Avid ProTools to work.

How to install this product properly?

1. License Activation – Please read the entire manual before you start !

a. Go to Step 1b directly if you are familiar with eLicenser Copyright Protection. Otherwise visit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kk3CaYe6qGA

b. Download and install the latest eLicenser Control Center (eLCC Software) http://www.steinberg.net/en/company/technologies/elicenser.html

c. Launch eLCC software and click “Actions > Activation Code” in the upper menu. Enter your License Activation Key in the popped-up window:

Now eLCC shows the name of the purchased product and asks you to download the license. Choose the storage location for your license, and click Download. Your product license will then be properly saved and you should see your license stored on Soft-Licenser or eLicenser USB Dongle.

2. Instrument - VSTi Installation

a. Log into or create your Waldorf Music Account: http://www.waldorf-music.info/en/user-login

b. Go to Downloads, and get the latest product version for your Mac or PC system. c. Launch the product installer and follow the shown steps.

3. Using the Instrument - VSTi

a. Launch your favorite AU, VST or AAX Host b. Create an Instrument Track in your Host c. Choose your Waldorf Product

A few more Important Notes

To use your purchased product, you do not need an eLicenser USB Dongle (Hardware Dongle), because the license can also be stored on a Soft-Licenser. Soft-Licenser is a virtual software Dongle. It’s called “Dongle” but it is only a protected storage place on a hard drive. A Soft-Licenser will be created by default during the Installation of eLicenser Control Center or also called eLCC software. However, due to OS changes or updates, as well as hardware failure, your license can get damaged, overwritten or deleted. Therefore, we highly recommend using an eLicenser USB Dongle (Hardware) for storing purchased licenses. We only recommend using Soft-Licenser for trial licenses. Please keep in mind: in case of license lost, a license replacement is chargeable.

In case you were prompted by eLicenser Control Center, saying that there is no eLicenser connected to your computer, where your license can be stored to, and you should contact the vendor of your product, it’s necessary to do an additional step before you can use your product.
