All the buildings have been restored in the early 2000s and are in excellent conditions. The position of the property allows easily reaching a town with all the necessary services (5km; 5’) and several other towns of Tuscany and Umbria, among which Anghiari, Caprese Michelangelo and Cortona. For those who’d like to follow in St. Francis’s footsteps, a visit to the Franciscan shrines of La Verna (50km; 55’) and Assisi (88km; 1h 10’) is almost mandatory. The closest airport is Perugia (71km; 55’), but for international flights the suggested terminals are Pisa, Bologna and Rome.

The main farmhouse (235 sqm – 2,528 sqft, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) was formerly used by the owners and is laid over two floors organized as follows: - Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, bathroom and technical room with laundry area; - First floor: living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The restoration, dating back to the early 2000s, allowed recovering and valorizing the buildings while preserving intact those features one expects to find in the buildings of the Tuscan country- side such as wooden beams, terracotta floors, exposed stone walls and wooden staircases.

The land (23.8 ha) accommodates a garden right around the buildings and here one can find the 14 × 8 m Infinity swimming pool with paved solarium. The remaining surfaces are covered in grazing land (5.1 ha) and woodland (18.7 ha).

The Agriturismo has been operational up until January 2020. The restaurant hall was only used for breakfast but an interesting route to take would be opening it as a full-fledged restaurant, granting a further source of income. What’s more, the main farmhouse could be converted to be used in the accommodation business to expand the number of bedrooms available for guests.
