Houston Texans Tailgating Official Rules

1. Administration The Houston Texans Tailgating promotion is being administered and operated by Premier America Credit Union (Premier America). Premier America. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the Houston Texans.

2. Promotional Period The Houston Texans Tailgating promotion will run from 9/1/2016 to 9/30/2016. Entries must be received in-branch by 5:00 p.m. Central Time on September 30, 2016.

3. Eligibility To be eligible to enter the Houston Texans Tailgating promotion, you must be a legal resident of the United States of America and 18 years or older.

4. How to Enter No purchase or payment to Premier America is necessary to enter. The Houston Texans Tailgating promotion is only valid at the Premier America Westheimer Road, Houston branch location. To participate, you must complete an entry form and place in the submission box.

5. Winner Selection On or about 10/5/2016, Premier America will randomly select a winner from all entries received.

6. Prizes Premier America will award a Houston Texans Tailgating package with two (2) tickets to the Indianapolis Colts at Houston Texans game on October 16th, one (1) parking pass, one (1) Houston Texans cooler and 1 $25 Kroger Gift Card. Approximate total value: $500.

7. Notification Winners will be notified via telephone within five (5) days after the drawing. If the winner cannot be reached via telephone at that time, Premier America will attempt to leave a message asking the winner to return the call. If Premier America calls the winner at his or her phone number as indicated on the entry form, and the winner does not comply with all Houston Texans Tailgating promotion requirements to redeem their prize within two (2) days after the date of the notice, Premier America reserves the right to select a new winner from among all eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions Premier America will select a prize winner. Federal, state and local taxes, transportation and any other expenses are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Prize is awarded “AS IS”, and without warranty for fitness of use, merchantability, or otherwise by Premier America. The contest is void where prohibited, and is governed by the laws of the State of California. Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable and non-exchangeable. All decisions of Premier America are final and binding.

9. Miscellaneous By entering the Houston Texans Tailgating promotion, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions of the Houston Texans Tailgating promotion. Noncompliance with any entry procedure may result in disqualification. Furthermore, if there is any suspected evidence of tampering or corruption, or if the Houston Texans Tailgating promotion is compromised by virus, bugs, or any unauthorized human intervention or any other causes beyond the control of Premier America which may corrupt or impair the administration, security any entrant it deems involved with such corruption; to suspend and/or terminate all or any portion of the Houston Texans Tailgating promotion; and/or to select winners from eligible entries received up to the time of any termination or suspension. If the Houston Texans Tailgating promotion is terminated prior to the promotional period, notice will be posted in the Premier America Westheimer Road, Houston branch. Premier America is not Houston Texans Tailgating Official Rules responsible for any communication, technical, network, electronic, computer or other failure.
