NOTES SUR LA MISE EN PRATIQUE DU CONCEPT NWHP « Application du concept « Nature – Richesse – Santé et Pouvoir » ou NWHP pour renforcer la mise à l’échelle de l’approche Commune Championne dans les Communes de la Région Fianarantsoa». Auteurs : Jean Solo Ratsisompatrarivo, Tom Erdmann, Suzanne Razanadravao 1- ABSTRACT Depuis 1998, les appuis du Programme Landscap Developpment Initiative (LDI), ont été surtout focalisés au niveau des associations Koloharena. Ils consistaient à renforcer la capacité technique et organisationnelle des paysans Koloharena à promouvoir les activités alternatives au Tavy et à améliorer les conditions de vie des membres. Depuis 2002, au temps de LDI, l’approche « Communauté Championne » a été promue en collaboration avec JSI, en partenariat avec MGHC (Malagasy Green and Healthy Communities) et Voahary Salama, avec financement fonds Packard. Cette approche soutient l’intégration “Population, Santé, Environnement au niveau des associations paysannes et a été menée dans 13 villages de l’ex Province Fianarantsoa en 2003 (rapport final LDI) . Si parmi les objectifs figure l’amélioration de la sécurité alimentaire, la préservation de l’environnement et la gestion rationnelle des ressources naturelles, la pratique et l’adoption du planning familial ; les actions ont été plus prépondérantes dans les domaines de la santé qui ont dégagés logiquement des résultats plus probants. « Kaominina Mendrika » est une approche faisant suite et amélioration à l’approche « Communauté Championne » considérant ainsi quatre composantes -

R.3, Rabarijaona M.3 1Laboratory of Molecular Biology, Faculty of Sciences – University of Fianarantsoa, Madagascar 2Laboratory of Biomedical Analysis, Center Hospital University of Fianarantsoa, Madagascar 3Center Hospital University of Fianarantsoa, Madagascar Abstract Schistosomiasis infestation rate evaluation achieved to Public Primary School by the Kato-Katz's method in Haute Matsiatra Region (Madagascar) showed that on 968 examined, 185 are carriers of Schistosoma mansoni eggs. Isandra and Vohibato districts are the more touched with an infestation rate to 37.86% and 35.97%. The weak infestation rate is in Fianarantsoa district (9.92%). This intestinal parasite scattering of the aforesaid region is in extension. It is therefore important to recommend the means to reduce this expansion. This survey gives bases on the future geoschistosomiasis of Schistosoma mansoni in Haute Matsiatra region.
