A sample of 66 enumeration areas (EAs) was drawn from the National Population Commission's master sampling frame. In each EA households and private health facilities were listed and mapped, with 35 households randomly se- lected. Households were surveyed and occupants enumerated. All eligible females age 15 to 49 were contacted and consented for interviews. The final sample included 2,278 households, 2,855 de facto females and 165 health facilities (99.4%, 99.3% and 98.8% response rates, respectively). Data collection was con- ducted between April to May 2017.
