— All-In-One Admission Ticket to 12 District Establishments, Available April 1st, 2019 — UENO WELCOME PASSPORT - Ueno District Cultural Facilities All-In-One Admission Ticket - Special Exhibition Tickets Also Available for Limited Release!

At the Implementation Committee for New Concept “Ueno, a Global Capital of Culture” (, Taito City), the Ueno Welcome Passport, an all-in-one ticket good for admission to Ueno District’s cultural facilities, will be available for purchase beginning April 1st, 2019.

Also from this time, Sogakudo of the Femer Music School has been added as a viewable facility.

"UENO WELCOME PASSPORT", in addition to the permanent exhibitions of 9 facilities; [Tokyo National Museum, National Museum of Nature and Science, The National Museum of Western Art, Ueno Zoological Gardens, Kyu-Iwasaki-tei Garden, the Shitamachi Museum, the Museum of Sculpture, Ueno Toshogu, Sogaikudo the Former Tokyo Music School], can enter the designated exhibitions of [Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum, The Ueno Royal Museum, Tokyo University of the Arts Art Museum, Calligraphy Museum] once each. In addition, at 3 facilities (Tokyo Bunka Kaikan, National Diet Library International Library of Children's Literature, National Archives of Modern Architecture, Agency for Cultural Affairs), special postcards will be presented to those who have brought their passport.

This spring, we welcome you to use this special passport, with which you can thoroughly enjoy Ueno, city of art and culture.
