Purpose of Team / Business unit and Key Challenges (how the business team and business unit add value to EnergyAustralia)  Lead in safety  Drive operational and financial excellence  Provide competitively priced energy for customers  Transition to a cleaner energy future  Deliver safe, reliable and cost effective energy to our customers  The Maintenance Planner, based at Hallett Power Station is responsible for assisting the Operations Leader, Hallett in the leading and co-ordination of the safe, reliable and efficient maintenance of the Hallett Power Station and South Australian Assets, in accordance with asset management principles, statutory, production and commercial performance targets are met in a substantially self-managed and multi-skilled work environment.  Hallett Power Station – 100% owned by EnergyAustralia Holdings Pty. Ltd  Cathedral Rocks Wind farm – Joint Venture between EnergyAustralia Cathedral Rocks Investments (50%) and Accione Energy Oceania Pty (50%)  – Manage the Asset Management Agreement between EnergyAustralia Assets and the Waterloo Wind Farm 100% owners – Palisade and North Leaf Investments Companies

Purpose of Role (single sentence statement of why the role exists and how it adds value to EnergyAustralia) To implement the Asset Management Model through planning and maintenance management and • develop work management processes; • implement and supervise reliability centred maintenance at workplace level; • create work packages designed to meet the needs of Maintenance and the Asset mission; • plan and schedule work; • utilise specialist skills, training and experience to manage and improve maintenance outcomes; o assist with developing schedules for project outage plans and weekly work scheduling o work with the stores person / Business Operations Specialist to procure and check parts as required; o write scopes and coordinate EA staff and contractors for outage works, plant upgrades and modifications; o Work with the Operations Leader, Hallett to define and assign labour requirements and roster between the South Australian Asset’s. The position is empowered to make day to day maintenance and resource allocation related decisions regarding the efficient and effective operation of plant and equipment at all South Australian Sites. Incumbent will also be required to provide input on all matters assigned, including the establishment of procedures, consultations, system improvements, recommendations for alternative options and advice in specialty areas.

Required Capabilities and Qualifications  Sound and correct understanding of reliability centred maintenance methodologies  Solid appreciation of risk management strategy and practices related to plant and equipment  Solid appreciation of quality management methods and practices related to plant and equipment reliability. Well-developed job planning and scheduling expertise within a challenging industrial setting  Experience in developing and implementing systems to meet business needs  In depth knowledge of maintenance management systems  Working knowledge of business systems including MAXIMO (or similar computerised maintenance programs), Microsoft Excel, Word and Microsoft Project for planning/scheduling. Detailed understanding of maintenance planning  Proven efficient and effective co-ordination of maintenance activities with Operations to optimise maintenance opportunities. This position is located at the Hallett Power Station, The Willows Rd, Off Nth Booborowie Rd, HALLETT SA 5419, PO BOX 200, JAMESTOWN SA 5491,  The incumbent is to reside within sixty (60) minutes’ drive of the Hallett Power Station.  Normal working hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday.  The incumbent may be required to act in the Operations Leader, Hallett position.  The position may be required to be on-call from time to time.  It is anticipated that some weekends or extended work hours may be required to meet business needs.  This position may require the incumbent to travel to other operational sites or other locations.
