Yoshlzawa, Japan -4- GENERAL INFORMATION LOCATION The location of the Congress is the Jerusalem Hilton Hotel (Tel: 02-536151) DESKS From Sunday, October 30, at 16.00 the following desks will be situated at the Hilton Hotel: Registration/Information/Travel/Secretariat/Projection. These will be open throughout the Congress. BADGE On registering you will receive your Congress portfolio in which you will find your name badge. You are kindly requested to wear your badge during all Congress sessions and events. MAIL/MESSAGES/MEDICAL ASSISTANCE/LOST & FOUND Please apply to the Information Desk. LANGUAGE The official language of the Congress is English. POSTERS Poster presenters are rcw^siad to mount their posters from 08.00 on the day the poster is to be displayed. Please check the program for the panel number assigned to the poster. Presenters are requested to be present near their posters during the coffee and lunch breaks. Posters will remain for display for two consecutive days (Monday and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). At the conclusion of the second days's sessions posters are to be removed. LIST OF PARTICIPANTS A list of participants will be displayed on the bulletin board. Please correct/add your name, address or hotel to the list, if necessary. SHOPPING HOURS Department stores are usually opeh all day from 08.30 to 19.00, but small shops close for lunch from 13.00 or 14.00 to 16.00. Most stores close on Friday at 13.00 or 14.00 and remain closed on Shabbat (Saturday). PUBLIC TELEPHONES There are public telephones at the Hilton Hotel, and telephone tokens can be purchased at the Congress Information Desk. TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATIONS Kenes Tours, the official Congress travel agent, will operate a Hospitality Desk during the Congress. Participants requiring additional hotel accommodations in Israel, tours by motorcoach or by chauffeured limousine, domestic flights, car rentals, etc. should apply to the Hospitality Desk at their earliest convenience. Payment for any of these services can be made in traveller's checks, Eurocheques or voreign currency. RECONFIRMATION OF RETURN FLIGHTS Participants must reconfirm their return flights at least 72 hours prior to departure.
