Blond, 8% - This blond, flavourful beer is a surprisingly refreshing brew at 8% . It is lightly filtered, but still wholesomely hazy with remaining in the bottle.

Bruin, 8% - This dark amber, flavourful Rich , lots of dried fruit and Christmas cake aroma, soft and smooth on the tongue and a rich finish with hints of dark caramel beer is surprisingly refreshing at 8% alcohol by volume. It is lightly filtered, but still wholesomely hazy with yeast remaining in the bottle.

Chimay Red (7), 7% - The Chimay Red is the oldest of the Chimays. Its coppery color and sweet, fruity taste make it a particularly tasty dark ale. Chimay (8), 8% - This is is the ’s most recent creation. It is golden in colour, and succeeds remarkably in blending mellowness and bitterness.

Chimay Blue (9), 9% - The Chimay Blue is a dark ale with a powerful aroma. Its complex flavor improves with passing time.

Rochefort 6, 7.5% - The Rochefort 6 is a Belgian ale and the oldest of the three Trappist . It is deep amber in colour with a dense head that leaves gorgeous lace down the glass. This outstanding dubbel has spicy, malty, dried fruit aromas--it is complex yet inviting.

Rochefort 8, 9.2% - A dark Trappist dubbel, with a gorgeous dark copper colour and big aromas of raisins, dates and banana. It's smooth and slightly sweet before the drier, herbal finish.

Rochefort 10, 10.2% - This Belgian Trappist beer is one of the best and most revered in the world. It is a dark quadruple

ale with loads of dark fruit, chocolate and liquorice, as well as some banana from the Belgian yeast.

Westmalle Dubbel, 7% - A dark, reddish-brown Trappist beer with a secondary fermentation in the bottle. The creamy head has the fragrance of special malt and leaves an attractive lace pattern in the glass. The flavour is rich and complex, herby and fruity with a fresh- finish.

Westmalle Tripel, 9.5% - A deep golden colour with a good dense head leads the way for complex flavours and

aromas. Delicate aromas of spice and citrus fruits are complemented by initial flavours of spices mingling with the alcohol.

Westvleteren 8, 8% - Taste is sweet, dark fruits, caramel, light malty. Medium body, average carbonation. Westvleteren 8 is brown coloured and has quite a full and creamy head. This glorious craft beer has a beautiful body and a wonderful aroma.

Westvleteren 12, 10.5% - Voted by many as the World’s best beer. This Trappist, also referred to as the Flemish Burgundy, has a dark amber colour, a stable, strong lacing and a white head. Westvleteren 12 is a masterpiece in its complexity but wonderful in its simplicity.

Puur 4.5% - Only organic ingredients were used when this Skal-certified ale. The result is an accessible, refreshing and smooth Trappist ale with a pleasant bitterness and a mild, dry finish.

Quadrupel 10% - the heaviest ale of La Trappe Trappist ales and is eponymous of this ale style. A full, warming and intensive taste. Malty with the sweet tones of date and caramel.
