Sailing Yacht TENACIOUS goes to auction

Fort Lauderdale, FL— June 23, 2020 —Representatives for Tenacious, LTD, have made the decision to make available for sale TENACIUS luxury sailing yacht via National Liquidators online sealed bid auction. Details will be available on National’s popular auction site; www.yachtauction.com. Buyers may inquire for details online but must speak to a National auction sales representative to ensure they are qualified to bid. Brokers representing interested parties must also speak to a sales representative for details on buyer qualifications.

This is not an absolute auction. Tenacious, LTD has the right to approve or decline any offer based on amount or terms. Tenacious LTD indicated that they are interested in considering any and all reasonable offers and are specifically targeting a goal of a simple transaction that closes quickly.

Tenacious is a 34.8 m / 114′3″ luxury sailing yacht with a beam of 8.4 m and a draft of 2.3 m.

She was built by Trident Shipworks in 1995 with a refit completed in 2014. With reported gross tonnage of 217 tons she regularly competed in regattas while not sacrificing comfort. She is powered by twin Lugger engines of 425 hp each giving her a reported maximum speed of 12 knots and a cruising speed of 10 knots. Tenacious's maximum range is estimated at 2500 nautical miles. The sailing yacht can accommodate 8 guests in 4 cabins with an interior design by David

Easton and an exterior design by Winch Design. The vessel was last on the market in 2006 when it was purchased by Tenacious LTD for $7,000,000.
