Bianca Chatfield Bianca Chatfield Bravo Management Pty Ltd Level 5, 111 Coventry Street Southbank VIC 3006 E: [email protected] P: (03) 8825 6641 (direct) Bianca was one of the youngest players ever to have debuted for the Australian Diamonds at the age of only 18. She made a name for herself on the court as one of the toughest defenders in the country and was soon recognised as one of the most respected leaders in women's sport. After taking the sporting world by storm, Gold medal winning netballer Bianca Chatfield's journey from professional athlete to leading media personality and business owner is indicative of her vivacious nature, dedication and professionalism across all fields. During her time on the netball court, Bianca endured some tough times but also enjoyed great success; wining both gold and silver medals at the Commonwealth Games alongside a host of premiership victories and awards. Since retiring from the sport in 2015, her career has grown from strength to strength. Bianca splits her time advocating for women in sport through media and educating on leadership and how to develop a high performance mindset to get the best out of yourself whether that be in the sporting or business worlds. A celebrated athlete and excellent communicator, Bianca fast became one of the prominent female voices in Australian sport. Bianca works across a variety of TV and radio shows including presenter on House of Wellness (Ch7), The Host of Women’s Footy (ch9) , Commentator on Netball (ch9) Panellist Offsiders (ABC), Guest roles on radio including SEN 1116 AM, ABC 774. Possessing a wealth of knowledge and expertise across multiple fields, Bianca is also an engaging and sought-after MC, keynote speaker and facilitates leadership workshops. As an extension of Bianca’s online leadership program The Ignition Project, in 2016 Bianca launched her first book called Every Girl Needs A Plan which seeks to empower women to find their passion, navigate through the fear of change, and nail down a game plan to make it happen. Bianca, together with Victoria University Sport, has developed a High Performance Academy through which she provides high performance netball coaching to a group of young women who share the desire of playing netball an the elite level. In early 2016, Bianca took on a six month co-hosting role (the breakfast segment) on Eon Sports Radio, Australia’s first national 24-7 sports radio station, where she covered all things sports. 2018 was an exciting year for Bianca who teamed up with former teammate Carla Dziwoki, as a dynamic duo on The Block, impressing with their calm and empowering approach to renovating The Gatwick, St.Kilda. Bianca works with a closely considered pool of brands in an Ambassadorship capacity such as, Chemist Warehouse, Victoria University, and APCO and Lexus of Berwick. Quickly establishing her skills through her teens, Sharelle’s first taste of international competition came as part of Australia’s Under 21 team in 1996. From there, she was selected in the 1998 Commonwealth Games squad – the youngest member of the team – and was part of the team that won the gold medal in Kuala Lumpur. In total, Sharelle won two gold and two silver medals across four Commonwealth Games. She carried the flag for Australia at the Delhi Games, was a part of three Netball World Cup teams for two wins and played for Australia 118 times, 12 of those as captain in an international career spanning 14 years. She finished with 2520 international goals at an average of just over 21 per Test. Most famously, she took the final shot in the dying seconds of the gripping 1999 World Netball Cup final, capturing the title for the Diamonds in a heart-stopper against New Zealand.

Married to Australian basketballer Joe Ingles, the couple are parents to Jacob and Milla who were born in 2016, with the family set to grow as Renae experiences her second pregnancy. Before the twins were born, Renae spent a decade playing netball at the highest level. As a 17-year-old Renae began her professional career with Melbourne Phoenix before spending a few years with the Adelaide Thunderbirds. It was during her time at the Thunderbirds where Renae was first awarded a spot on the Australian Diamonds squad. After giving birth to the twins, Renae made a return to the netball court and continued to represent Australia and the Melbourne Vixens up until her retirement at the end of the 2019 season.
