She was a proxy player for her husband, Roy Myers III, who was randomly selected through the Second-Chance Drawing from the New Jersey Lottery to appear on the TV game show. George Kmec from Bayonne, N.J. was a National TV game show contestant and won $15,000 playing “Block Party” in Episode 119 that aired on Oct. 17th and 18th. “I never thought I would get selected for the show and the next thing I knew I was picked to be on the show,” he said.

Kmec was joined by his wife Patti on the trip and in the studio audience. When asked about the experience Kmec said, “I couldn’t ask for a better trip because it was my first time in Vegas and my wife’s fourth.”

His luck continued when he was selected to play the Mini-State Game “ Bag,” on which he won $1,100. L-R George Kmec, contestant, Billy Gardell, Host Photo Credit: “MONOPOLY MILLIONAIRES’ CLUB”/Steve Reed Kmec said that meeting TV show host Billy Gardell (“Mike and Molly,” “You, Me and Dupree”) was one of the trip highlights. “He’s a gentleman and a truly nice guy. He got his start in Teaneck, N. J. at Chest of Drawers which is right where I live.”

The experience was so wonderful that Kmec will now only play the MONOPOLY MILLIONAIRES' CLUB Lottery instant ticket with hopes of winning a second trip to Las Vegas. In total, Kmec’s trip value and prize total was more than $23,000 but clearly his experience was priceless.
