To begin with, all fresh petitions/applications filed in the civil writ jurisdiction will be required to be digitized at the time of filing. To facilitate this process, the vendor already working on the Original Side will be providing the digitization services at the Appellate Side Filing Counter. The process of scanning/portfolio shall be as follows: 1. The Advocates/litigants, may file CD/DVD instead of depositing scanning fee, if they so desire. No. 673/Genl./DHC DATED: 30.08.2017 CIRCULAR It has been noticed that despite this Court's circulars No.480/Genl./DHC dated 20.07.2016 and No. 557/Genl./DHC dated 08.09.2015, several cars of Advocates, staff and litigants and others with manual transmission are being parked on the ground level(floor) as well as entry and exit area of the Underground Multilevel Car Parking, which is meant for parking of automatic vehicles and vehicles of differently abled persons only resulting in least availability of parking space for the automated cars and vehicles. Parking of the manually transmitted vehicles by the Advocates, staff and litigants and others on the ground floor of the Underground Multilevel Car Parking and improper parking of vehicles thereby leaving least space available for parking of automatic vehicles has also been taken note of by the Hon'ble Court in W.P.(C) 7718/2015 titled “ Pankaj Yadav Vs. Union of India & Anr”. In view of the observations of this Court in the aforesaid writ petition, it is once again impressed upon all the users of the automated Underground Multilevel Car Parking of this Court having cars with manual transmission(except the users of automated vehicles and the specially differently persons) not to park their vehicles at the ground level(floor). The users of the vehicles permitted to park on the surface level should also park their vehicles in the designated slots so as to facilitate unhindered ingress and egress of the vehicles from the abovementioned car parking.
