MOTION FOR ELECTION TO THE AGRICULTURAL AND PROCESSED FOOD PRODUCTS EXPORT DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (APEDA) SHRIMATI NIRMALA SITHARAMAN to move the following Motion:— “That in pursuance of clause (d) of sub-section (4) of Section 4 of the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Act, 1985 (No.2 of 1986), read with Rule 3 of the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Rules, 1986, this House do proceed to elect, in such manner as the Chairman may direct, one Member from amongst the Members of the House, to be a member of the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority.” ————

1. SHRI JAGAT PRAKASH NADDA to move that the Bill to provide The Human for the prevention and control of the spread of Human Immunodeficiency Virus Immunodeficiency and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome and for the protection of human Virus and Acquired rights of persons affected by the said virus and syndrome and for matters Immune Deficiency connected therewith or incidental thereto, be taken into consideration. Syndrome (Prevention and Control) Bill, ALSO to move that the Bill be passed. 2014.
2. SHRI BANDARU DATTATREYA to move that the Bill further to The Employee's amend the Employee's Compensation Act, 1923, as passed by Lok Sabha, be Compensation taken into consideration. (Amendment) Bill, 2016. ALSO to move that the Bill be passed.
