(b) Review by Government on the working of the above Council. (c) Statement giving reasons for the delay in laying the papers mentioned at (i) (a) above. (ii) (a) Annual Report and Accounts of the Ali Yavar Jung National Institute for the Hearing Handicapped (AYJNIHH), Mumbai, for the year 2014-15, together with the Auditor's Report on the Accounts. Ragesh raised a matter regarding concern over huge hike in prices of drugs and need to restore powers of NPPA. 11-48 a.m. 12. Shri K. N. Government Bill — Withdrawn The National Identification Authority of India Bill, 2010 Shri (Minister of Finance, Minister of Corporate Affairs and Minister of Information and Broadcasting) moved for leave to withdraw a Bill to provide for the establishment of the National Identification Authority of India for the purpose of issuing identification numbers to individuals residing in India and to certain other classes of individuals and manner of authentication of such individuals to facilitate access to benefits and services to such individuals to which they are entitled and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. Shri Arun Jaitley withdrew the Bill. 2-14 p.m. 9. Supplementary Demands for Grants (Railways), 2015-16 Shri , Minister of Railways, laid on the Table, a statement (in English and Hindi) showing the Supplementary Demands for Grants (Railways), for the year 2015-16. 2-22 p.m. 10. Calling Attention to the Matter of Urgent Public Importance *Shri Ghulam Nabi Azad called the attention of the Minister of Home Affairs to the inflammatory speeches made by a Minister in the Union Government and elected representatives violating the Constitution and oath of office and the response of the Government thereto.

Government Bill — Under Consideration The Bureau of Indian Standards Bill, 2015, as passed by Lok Sabha Shri Ramvilas Paswan (Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution) moved:- ―That the Bill to provide for the establishment of a national standards body for the harmonious development of the activities of standardization, conformity assessment and quality assurance of goods, articles, processes, systems and services and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into consideration.‖ The discussion on the Bill had not commenced. 8-01 p.m. (The House adjourned at 8-01 p.m. till 11-00 a.m. on Friday, the 4th March, 2016)
