1. FURTHER CONSIDERATION of the following motion moved by The Whistle Blowers

Dr. Jitendra Singh on the 7th December, 2015 and the amendment moved Protection thereto:— (Amendment) Bill, 2015. "That the Bill further to amend the Whistle Blowers Protection Act, 2011, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into consideration."

DR. JITENDRA SINGH to move that the Bill be passed.

2. SHRI THAAWAR CHAND GEHLOT to move that the Bill The Scheduled Castes further to amend the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of and the Scheduled Atrocities) Act, 1989, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into consideration. Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) ALSO to move that the Bill be passed. Amendment Bill, 2015.

3. FURTHER CONSIDERATION of the following motion moved by The Juvenile Justice

Shrimati Maneka Sanjay Gandhi on the 22nd July, 2015:–– (Care and Protection of Children) Bill, “That the Bill to consolidate and amend the law relating to children 2015. alleged and found to be in conflict with law and children in need of care and protection by catering to their basic needs through proper care, protection, development, treatment, social re-integration, by adopting a child-friendly approach in the adjudication and disposal of matters in the best interest of children and for their rehabilitation through processes provided, and institutions and bodies established, hereinunder and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into consideration.”
